نبّه المركز الوطني للأرصاد اليوم، من موجة حارة تصل إلى 49 – 50 درجة مئوية تصاحبها رياح نشطة على المنطقة الشرقية، تشمل الدمام والظهران، ومحافظات حفر الباطن، والخفجي، والنعيرية، وقرية العليا، والجبيل، والقطيف، ورأس تنورة، والخبر، وبقيق، والعديد، والأحساء، والهجر والمراكز التابعة لها، مما يسبب إثارة الأتربة وتدني مستوى الرؤية الأفقية إلى 3 – 5 كيلومترات في الطرق السريعة والمناطق المفتوحة.
وأوضح أن هذه الحالة ستستمر حتى الساعة 6 مساءً.
The National Center of Meteorology warned today of a heat wave reaching 49 – 50 degrees Celsius, accompanied by active winds in the Eastern Province, including Dammam, Dhahran, and the governorates of Hafr Al-Batin, Al-Khafji, Al-Nairiyah, Al-Ulya Village, Jubail, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Khobar, Buqayq, and many others, as well as Al-Ahsa, Al-Hijr, and the affiliated centers. This will cause dust to rise and reduce horizontal visibility to 3 – 5 kilometers on highways and open areas.
It was clarified that this condition will last until 6 PM.
