أعلنت وزارة المالية الكويتية تفعيل خطة الطوارئ الخاصة بها لضمان استمرارية الأعمال المالية والخدمية بكفاءة عالية للحفاظ على سلامة الأداء الحكومي في جميع الظروف.
وأكدت في بيان اليوم (الأحد) أنها اتخذت عدداً من الإجراءات الاحترازية الشاملة تمثلت في تجهيز الملاجئ في مبنى مجمع الوزارات الشرقي والجنوبي بكامل إمكاناتها الفنية والخدمية، وذلك لاستيعاب نحو 90 شخصاً وتصنيفها C4 بحالة ممتازة إلى جانب تخصيص مخازن في الموقف الشرقي لاستخدامها عند الحاجة.
وأشارت وزارة المالية الكويتية إلى أنها تواصل تحديث خطة الطوارئ بشكل مستمر من خلال التنسيق المباشر مع الجهات المعنية ومن ضمنها وزارة الداخلية ممثلة في إدارة الدفاع المدني، حيث تم عقد اجتماع تنسيقي ضمن هذا الإطار لضمان أعلى مستويات الجاهزية والاستجابة الفورية.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Finance announced the activation of its emergency plan to ensure the continuity of financial and service operations with high efficiency to maintain the integrity of government performance under all circumstances.
It confirmed in a statement today (Sunday) that it has taken a number of comprehensive precautionary measures, which included preparing shelters in the eastern and southern ministry complex buildings with all their technical and service capabilities, to accommodate about 90 people and classify them as C4 in excellent condition, in addition to allocating storage areas in the eastern parking lot for use when needed.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Finance indicated that it continues to update the emergency plan continuously through direct coordination with the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Interior represented by the Civil Defense Department, where a coordinating meeting was held within this framework to ensure the highest levels of readiness and immediate response.
