Satellite images have revealed the extent of the damage inflicted on two major nuclear sites in Iran. The satellite photos disclosed damage to the Natanz nuclear facility, a missile site south of Tabriz, and two other military bases, according to the Associated Press.

The satellite images released by Maxar illustrated what has happened so far at the main Iranian nuclear sites in Natanz and Isfahan.

At the Natanz facility, damage can be seen at the fuel enrichment testing facility and an electrical substation, with images showing several buildings suffering damage or complete destruction, including structures that supply power to the facility, according to experts.

In Isfahan, the images revealed visible damage to at least two structures within the site, in addition to a clear burn mark near the edges of the facility.

In Tabriz, the images showed damage in several parts of a missile complex near the city located in northwestern Iran.

The affected sites in Tabriz include weapons storage areas, missile shelters, and silos, according to the illustration provided by Umbra.

Meanwhile, images captured by Planet Labs PBC revealed damage at a base in Kermanshah in western Iran, where the base is located at the foot of a mountain, showing burn marks over a wide area following the attack.

Maxar provided images from two other major Iranian nuclear sites, showing no visible damage: the heavy water reactor in Arak and the enrichment facility in Fordow. However, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, denied any damage to the Fordow facility and the Khondab heavy water reactor. Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Behrouz Kamalvandi, stated that the damage to the Fordow site is limited.
