سلّمت روسيا الدفعة الأولى من جثامين جنود أوكرانيين إلى موقع التبادل؛ تنفيذاً للاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها خلال المفاوضات الروسية - الأوكرانية المباشرة في إسطنبول، بحسب ما أعلن المتحدث باسم مجموعة التفاوض الروسية ألكسندر زورين، اليوم (الأحد). وقال إن الجانب الروسي، ووفقاً للاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها خلال المفاوضات الروسية - الأوكرانية وبحسب الجدول الزمني المتفق عليه مع الجانب الأوكراني، سلّم جثامين الجنود الأوكرانيين التي تم تجهيزها لإعادتهم إلى وطنهم في منطقة التبادل.
وأضاف زورين أن الدفعة الأولى تضم 1,212 جثماناً لجنود أوكرانيين، لافتاً إلى أن العديد منهم تم التعرف عليهم، وجميعهم تم التأكد من هويتهم جنود في القوات المسلحة الأوكرانية، سواء من خلال زيهم العسكري أو من خلال المناطق التي عُثر عليهم فيها.
وأعلن أن الجانب الروسي مستعد تماماً للوفاء بجميع الاتفاقيات المتعلقة بإعادة جثامين الجنود الأوكرانيين القتلى وتبادل الأسرى.
وتحدث عن استعداد روسيا لإعادة أكثر من 6,000 جثمان على دفعات، عبر النقل البري والسكك الحديدية، معتبراً أن هذه مبادرة إنسانية بحتة، وليست الأولى، ولن تكون الأخيرة، وأكد التزام الجانب الروسي بتنفيذ جميع الاتفاقيات سواء في ما يخص إعادة جثامين الجنود الأوكرانيين أو تبادل الأسرى.
ولم يستبعد المتحدث باسم مجموعة التفاوض الروسية أن يتم تأجيل عملية تسليم جثامين الجنود الأوكرانيين إلى الأسبوع القادم، مشيراً إلى أن موسكو بانتظار تأكيد رسمي من الجانب الأوكراني عبر القنوات المتفق عليها.
وأضاف أن هناك مؤشرات على تأجيل العملية الإنسانية إلى الأسبوع القادم، نؤكد انتظارنا للإخطار الرسمي بأن عملية إعادة الجثامين ستتم وذلك عبر القنوات المعروفة لدى الجانب الأوكراني. وأعلن أن قطارات تحمل جثامين الجنود الأوكرانيين تتحرك نحو الحدود.
يذكر أن الجولة الثانية من المفاوضات المباشرة الروسية الأوكرانية عقدت في إسطنبول، وتبادل خلالها الطرفان وثائق تتضمن رؤيتهما لجوانب تسوية النزاع.
وأعلن رئيس الوفد الروسي فلاديمير ميدينسكي أن موسكو سلّمت الجانب الأوكراني مذكرةً مقترحات من قسمين. واتفق الوفدان على أن تسلم روسيا من جانب واحد 6,000 جثة لجنود أوكرانيين.
ووافقت موسكو وكييف على تبادل الأسرى المرضى والأسرى الشباب دون 25 عاماً، بصيغة «الكل مقابل الكل»، بما لا يقل عن 1,000 أسير من كل جانب، كما قدم الجانب الروسي اقتراحاً محدداً لوقف إطلاق النار لمدة 2-3 أيام في محاور معينة من الجبهة، فضلاً عن تسليم موسكو قائمة تضم 339 طفلاً فقدوا الاتصال بذويهم.

Russia has delivered the first batch of the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers to the exchange site; in implementation of the agreements reached during the direct Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Istanbul, according to what was announced by the spokesperson for the Russian negotiating group, Alexander Zorin, today (Sunday). He stated that the Russian side, in accordance with the agreements reached during the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and according to the agreed timeline with the Ukrainian side, has delivered the bodies of the Ukrainian soldiers that were prepared for their return to their homeland at the exchange area.
Zorin added that the first batch includes 1,212 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers, noting that many of them have been identified, and all have been confirmed to be soldiers in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, either through their military uniforms or through the areas where they were found.
He announced that the Russian side is fully prepared to fulfill all agreements related to the return of the bodies of deceased Ukrainian soldiers and the exchange of prisoners.
He spoke about Russia's readiness to return more than 6,000 bodies in batches, via land and rail transport, considering this a purely humanitarian initiative, which is not the first and will not be the last, and affirmed the Russian side's commitment to implementing all agreements regarding the return of the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers or the exchange of prisoners.
The spokesperson for the Russian negotiating group did not rule out the possibility of postponing the process of delivering the bodies of the Ukrainian soldiers to next week, indicating that Moscow is awaiting official confirmation from the Ukrainian side through the agreed channels.
He added that there are indications of a postponement of the humanitarian operation to next week, and we confirm our expectation for the official notification that the process of returning the bodies will take place through the known channels to the Ukrainian side. He announced that trains carrying the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers are moving towards the border.
It is noteworthy that the second round of direct Russian-Ukrainian negotiations was held in Istanbul, during which both parties exchanged documents that included their visions for aspects of resolving the conflict.
The head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, announced that Moscow has delivered to the Ukrainian side a memorandum of proposals in two parts. The two delegations agreed that Russia would unilaterally deliver 6,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers.
Moscow and Kyiv agreed to exchange sick prisoners and young prisoners under 25 years old, in a "all for all" format, with no less than 1,000 prisoners from each side, and the Russian side also proposed a specific ceasefire for 2-3 days in certain front lines, in addition to Moscow providing a list of 339 children who have lost contact with their families.
