وصفت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر قطاع غزة بأنه «المكان الأكثر جوعاً في العالم». وكشف المتحدث باسم الصليب الأحمر توماسو ديلا لونجا أن نصف المرافق الطبية التابعة لجمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني توقفت عن العمل بسبب نقص الوقود أو المعدات الطبية. فيما أعلنت مصادر طبية أن عدد قتلى الغارات الإسرائيلية ارتفع إلى 20 قتيلا.
من جانبه، قال المتحدث باسم مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية ينس لايركه: «200 ألف شخص نزحوا في غزة خلال الأسبوعين الماضيين منهم 635 ألفا نزحوا حديثا منذ شهر مارس الماضي».
واتهم إسرائيل بمنع دخول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى غزة، باستثناء القليل منها، حيث لا يدخل أي طعام جاهز للأكل تقريباً إلى ما وصفه المتحدث باسم المكتب بأنه «أكثر بقاع الأرض جوعاً».
ولفت إلى أن 600 شاحنة مساعدات فقط من أصل 900 مُصرح لها بالوصول إلى حدود إسرائيل مع غزة، ومن هناك، جعلت مجموعة من العوائق البيروقراطية والأمنية من شبه المستحيل إدخال المساعدات بأمان إلى القطاع.
وأضاف، في مؤتمر صحفي اليوم (الجمعة)، «إن ما أمكننا إدخاله هو الدقيق (الطحين)، وهذا ليس جاهزاً للأكل»، محذراً من أن 100% من سكان غزة معرضون لخطر المجاعة.
ويعاني قطاع غزة أزمة إنسانية وإغاثية كارثية ومجاعة منذ أن أغلق جيش الاحتلال المعابر في 2 مارس الماضي، مانعاً دخول الغذاء والدواء والمساعدات والوقود.
وبات نحو 1.5 مليون مواطن من أصل 2.4 مليون بالقطاع بلا مأوى بعد أن دمرت حرب الإبادة مساكنهم.
وبحسب وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية (وفا)، يرتكب الجيش الإسرائيلي منذ السابع من أكتوبر 2023 إبادة جماعية في قطاع غزة خلّفت أكثر من 177 ألف قتيل وجريح، معظمهم أطفال ونساء، وما يزيد على 11 ألف مفقود.
وأكدت وكالة أنباء الصحافة الفلسطينية (صفا) مقتل 7 فلسطينيين وإصابة عدد آخر في قصف إسرائيلي استهدف منزلاً فجر اليوم بجباليا النزلة شمالي قطاع غزة.
وقُتل أمس (الخميس) 70 فلسطينياً على الأقل، بينهم أطفال ونساء، وأصيب آخرون في قصف طائرات الجيش الإسرائيلي ومدفعيته عدة مناطق من القطاع.

He accused Israel of preventing humanitarian aid from entering Gaza, with the exception of a small amount, as almost no ready-to-eat food is entering what the office spokesperson described as "the hungriest place on earth."
He pointed out that only 600 aid trucks out of 900 authorized to reach the Israeli border with Gaza have been allowed in, and from there, a series of bureaucratic and security obstacles have made it nearly impossible to safely deliver aid to the region.
He added, in a press conference today (Friday), "What we have been able to bring in is flour, and this is not ready to eat," warning that 100% of the population of Gaza is at risk of famine.
The Gaza Strip has been suffering from a catastrophic humanitarian and relief crisis and famine since the occupation army closed the crossings on March 2, preventing the entry of food, medicine, aid, and fuel.
