فيما أعلنت حركة حماس تسلمها من الوسطاء مقترح ويتكوف الجديد، وأنها تدرسه بمسؤولية بما يحقق مصالح الشعب الفلسطيني ووقف إطلاق النار الدائم، ذكرت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية اليوم (الخميس) أن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو أكد موافقته على المقترح الذي تسلمه الليلة الماضية.
وذكرت القناة الـ12 الإسرائيلية أن رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو قال لعائلات الأسرى في غزة: «سنوافق على مخطط ويتكوف الذي نقل إلينا الليلة، مؤكدا أن إسرائيل، لن تنسحب من غزة بدون أن تتسلم جميع الرهائن».
وتنص وثيقة مسودة الاتفاق بين حماس وإسرائيل والذي سيعلن عنها فور التزام الأطراف بالاتفاق، على أن أمريكا ومصر وقطر ستضمن استمرار وقف إطلاق النار لمدة 60 يوماً، ولأي تمديد محتمل، فيما سيستكمل مبعوث ترمب الخاص تفاصيل الاتفاق ويتولى رئاسة المفاوضات، ويضمن الرئيس الأمريكي ترمب التزام إسرائيل.
وتنص الاتفاقية على إطلاق حماس سراح 10 محتجزين أحياء وجثامين 18 في اليومين الأول والسابع من الاتفاق، وإرسال المساعدات إلى غزة فور موافقة حماس على وقف إطلاق النار، كما تفرج إسرائيل عن 125 أسيراً فلسطينياً من المحكوم عليهم بالمؤبد، و1111 معتقلاً من غزة تم اعتقالهم بعد 7 أكتوبر 2023، بالإضافة إلى جثة 180 قتيلاً فلسطينياً وسيتم الإفراج وفق آلية متزامنة نصفهم في اليوم الأولى والنصف الآخر في اليوم السابع.
وتتضمن الوثيقة توثيق جميع أنشطة إسرائيل العسكرية عند بدء سريان الاتفاق، وفي اليوم الأول من الهدنة تبدأ مفاوضات بشأن ترتيبات وقف دائم لإطلاق النار، فيما ستقدم حماس في اليوم العاشر معلومات كاملة عن كافة الأسرى المتبقين، وبحسب وثيقة ويتكوف، سيتم توزيع المساعدات بواسطة الأمم المتحدة والهلال الأحمر، أما تسليم الأسرى فسيتم دون مظاهر أو احتفالات علنية على أن يتم الإفراج عن بقية الرهائن عند التوصل لاتفاق دائم لإطلاق النار.

The Israeli Channel 12 reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the families of the prisoners in Gaza: "We will agree to the Witekof plan that was conveyed to us tonight," emphasizing that Israel will not withdraw from Gaza without receiving all the hostages.
The draft agreement document between Hamas and Israel, which will be announced once the parties commit to the agreement, stipulates that the U.S., Egypt, and Qatar will guarantee the continuation of the ceasefire for 60 days, with any potential extension. Meanwhile, Trump's special envoy will complete the details of the agreement and lead the negotiations, with President Trump ensuring Israel's commitment.
The agreement stipulates that Hamas will release 10 living detainees and the bodies of 18 on the first and seventh days of the agreement, and that aid will be sent to Gaza as soon as Hamas agrees to the ceasefire. Additionally, Israel will release 125 Palestinian prisoners serving life sentences and 1,111 detainees from Gaza who were arrested after October 7, 2023, along with the bodies of 180 Palestinian dead. The releases will occur according to a synchronized mechanism, with half on the first day and the other half on the seventh day.
The document includes the documentation of all Israeli military activities upon the commencement of the agreement, and on the first day of the truce, negotiations will begin regarding arrangements for a permanent ceasefire. On the tenth day, Hamas will provide complete information about all remaining prisoners. According to the Witekof document, aid will be distributed by the United Nations and the Red Crescent, while the release of the prisoners will occur without public displays or celebrations, with the remaining hostages to be released upon reaching a permanent ceasefire agreement.
