حظر نقل مواد متفجرة عالية الحساسية في حاوية واحدة

The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef, issued a decision to amend and add some articles to the executive regulations of the Explosives and Fireworks Law, which included the inclusion of the chemical substance (PETN) among the types of explosive materials permitted for use in rock blasting for civil purposes.

According to the amendment published in the newspaper "Um Al-Qura" on Friday, the instructions emphasized the necessity of storing the new substance in a separate warehouse from other explosives, and prohibited transporting it with other highly sensitive explosive materials, such as capsules and detonators, unless they are separated according to the approved technical specifications for explosive material carriers.
