تواصل وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد تقديم برامجها التوعوية والشرعية للمعتمرين في مكة المكرمة، في خطوة تواكب توافد جموع المعتمرين لموسم العمرة للعام 1447. وتأتي هذه الخدمات تنفيذاً لتوجيهات وزير الشؤون الإسلامية الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، في إطار السعي المستمر لتحسين وتطوير الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتتضمن الجهود التوعوية التي تقدمها الوزارة مجموعة من الخدمات الميدانية، إذ يتم توزيع كبائن توعوية ومشاركة دعاة ومترجمين متواجدين على مدار الساعة للإجابة عن استفسارات المعتمرين وتعليمهم أحكام العمرة، إضافةً إلى توجيههم بكيفية أداء المناسك وفقاً للكتاب والسنة النبوية.
كما تستفيد الوزارة من التقنية الحديثة من خلال الشاشات الإلكترونية التي تبث رسائل توعوية متعددة اللغات، إلى جانب تشغيل مكتبة إلكترونية ذكية مدعومة بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مما يسهل على المعتمرين تحميل الكتب والمطويات الشرعية عبر رموز QR باستخدام هواتفهم الذكية. كما تُوزع مطبوعات دعوية بعدة لغات لتلبية احتياجات مختلف الجنسيات.
وتأتي هذه الخدمات تأكيداً على التزام الوزارة بتعزيز الوعي الشرعي وتيسير أداء مناسك العمرة، بما يعكس الدور الريادي للمملكة في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين حول العالم.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance continues to provide its awareness and religious programs for pilgrims in Mecca, in a step that coincides with the influx of crowds of pilgrims for the Umrah season of the year 1447. These services come in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Al Sheikh, as part of the ongoing efforts to improve and develop the services provided to the guests of Allah, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The awareness efforts provided by the ministry include a range of field services, as awareness booths are distributed, and preachers and translators are available around the clock to answer pilgrims' inquiries and teach them the rulings of Umrah, in addition to guiding them on how to perform the rituals according to the Quran and the Sunnah.
The ministry also benefits from modern technology through electronic screens that broadcast awareness messages in multiple languages, along with operating a smart electronic library supported by artificial intelligence technologies, making it easier for pilgrims to download religious books and pamphlets via QR codes using their smartphones. Additionally, religious publications are distributed in several languages to meet the needs of various nationalities.
These services affirm the ministry's commitment to enhancing religious awareness and facilitating the performance of Umrah rituals, reflecting the Kingdom's pioneering role in serving Islam and Muslims around the world.
