زار وزير الصحة فهد بن عبدالرحمن الجلاجل جناح المركز السعودي لسلامة المرضى ضمن فعاليات ملتقى الصحة العالمي 2025، واطّلع على أبرز أنشطة ومبادرات المركز المشاركة في الملتقى، التي تهدف إلى تعزيز سلامة المرضى وجودة الرعاية الصحية في القطاع الصحي بالمملكة.
وخلال الزيارة، اطلع على أبرز الفعاليات التي نفّذها المركز خلال أيام الملتقى، ومنها ورشة العمل التي أقيمت في اليوم الأول، والجلسات الحوارية العلمية الموجهة للممارسين الصحيين، إضافة إلى تدشين المنصة التعليمية الإلكترونية للمركز السعودي لسلامة المرضى، التي تُعد من المبادرات النوعية لتمكين الممارسين الصحيين من التعلم الذاتي وفق معايير معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية والمركز الوطني للتعليم الإلكتروني.
كما اطّلع الوزير على فعالية «غرفة الخطر الخفي» التي ينفذها المركز بالتعاون مع مركز المهارات والمحاكاة الصحية في المدينة الطبية الجامعية بجامعة الملك سعود، التي تقدّم تجربة محاكاة واقعية لغرفة الطوارئ تُبرز أهمية التحقق من هوية المريض والالتزام بالبروتوكولات العلاجية لضمان تقديم رعاية آمنة.
Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel visited the Saudi Patient Safety Center's booth during the Global Health Forum 2025, where he learned about the center's key activities and initiatives participating in the forum, aimed at enhancing patient safety and the quality of healthcare in the health sector of the Kingdom.
During the visit, he was briefed on the main events carried out by the center during the forum days, including a workshop held on the first day, and scientific discussion sessions directed at healthcare practitioners, in addition to the launch of the Saudi Patient Safety Center's electronic educational platform, which is considered one of the qualitative initiatives to empower healthcare practitioners to engage in self-learning according to standards approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the National Center for E-Learning.
The minister also learned about the "Hidden Danger Room" activity implemented by the center in collaboration with the Skills and Health Simulation Center at King Saud University Medical City, which provides a realistic simulation experience of an emergency room that highlights the importance of verifying patient identity and adhering to treatment protocols to ensure safe care.
