مفتي عام المملكة يستقبل وزير الشؤون الإسلامية

The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, and President of the General Authority for Scientific Research and Ifta, Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan bin Abdullah Al-Fawzan, received today in his office at the headquarters in Riyadh, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council of Senior Scholars and the Secretary-General of the Permanent Committee for Ifta, the General Supervisor of the Mufti's Office, Sheikh Dr. Fahd bin Saad Al-Majed.

During the reception, the Mufti praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs within its jurisdiction, especially those related to mosques and congregational prayers, emphasizing the importance of the ministry's role in enlightening people about religious matters and duties in accordance with the tolerant message of Islam.

For his part, Minister Al-Sheikh expressed his congratulations to the Mufti on the royal trust in appointing him as the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom and Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, asking Allah Almighty to grant him success and assist him in serving Islam and Muslims in accordance with the noble message of the Council of Senior Scholars.
