أطلقت المملكة العربية السعودية عبر منصتها الرسمية «KSA Visa» نسخةً تجريبية جديدة تتيح للراغبين في زيارة المملكة بغرض زيارة العائلة والأصدقاء التقدّم بطلب تأشيرة إلكترونية بطريقة سهلة وسريعة، ضمن جهود المملكة لتعزيز الانفتاح السياحي وتسهيل حركة الزوار.
وبحسب ما ورد في الموقع الرسمي للمنصة، فإن تأشيرة «العائلة والأصدقاء» تمكّن الزوار من زيارة أقاربهم وأصدقائهم المقيمين في المملكة، مع إمكانية المشاركة في الأنشطة السياحية وحضور الفعاليات، وأداء مناسك العمرة خارج موسم الحج.
أنواع التأشيرات ومدد الإقامة
توفّر المنصة خيارين رئيسيين للتأشيرة:
- تأشيرة لمرة واحدة: صالحة لمدة 90 يومًا، وتتيح الإقامة لمدة مماثلة.
- تأشيرة متعددة الدخول: صلاحيتها سنة واحدة، مع إمكانية الإقامة لمدة 90 يومًا في كل زيارة.
الرسوم وطريقة الدفع
حددت وزارة الخارجية السعودية رسوم التأشيرة على النحو التالي:
- 80 دولارًا أمريكيًا رسوم التأشيرة (قابلة للاسترداد).
- 10.5 دولار رسوم خدمة رقمية للتأشيرة (غير مستردة).
- 10.5 دولار رسوم خدمة رقمية للتأمين (غير مستردة).
- رسوم تأمين صحي تُحدد بحسب شركة التأمين المختارة.
ويتم معالجة الطلبات في مدة تتراوح بين دقيقة واحدة إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل فقط، وفقًا لنظام المنصة.
الفئات المؤهلة للحصول على التأشيرة
تتيح السعودية الحصول على تأشيرة الزيارة للعائلة والأصدقاء عبر ثلاث طرق رئيسية:
يحصل عليها المتقدّمون فورياً عبر المنصة، وتُرسل إلى البريد الإلكتروني. وهي متاحة لمواطني الدول المؤهلة أو لحاملي تأشيرات «شنغن» أو الولايات المتحدة أو المملكة المتحدة، وكذلك للمقيمين الدائمين في هذه الدول أو في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- التأشيرة عبر مكاتب الخدمات أو السفارات:
يمكن التقديم من خلال المكاتب المعتمدة في الدول التي تتوفر فيها، أو مباشرة عبر سفارات المملكة في حال عدم توفر مكاتب الخدمة.
يحصل عليها المسافر في منافذ الدخول السعودية، لمواطني الدول المؤهلة أو لحاملي تأشيرات الدول المذكورة أعلاه.
شروط ومتطلبات التأشيرة
تشترط المنصة أن يكون عمر الزائر 18 عامًا على الأقل ما لم يكن برفقة ولي قانوني، وأن يمتلك جواز سفر صالحًا لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل، بالإضافة إلى تأمين صحي ساري المفعول، وقدرة مالية كافية لتغطية نفقات الإقامة والتنقل داخل المملكة.
كما أكدت المنصة ضرورة الالتزام بالقوانين والأنظمة السعودية أثناء فترة الزيارة.
أنشطة مسموح بها
يُسمح لحاملي التأشيرة بـ:
- زيارة الأقارب والأصدقاء.
- حضور الفعاليات والمناسبات السياحية.
- أداء العمرة (باستثناء موسم الحج).
ولا تشمل هذه التأشيرة أداء فريضة الحج.
دعم واستفسارات
دعت وزارة الخارجية جميع المتقدّمين إلى التواصل عبر القنوات الرسمية في حال وجود استفسارات، وحذّرت من التعامل مع وسطاء أو جهات غير معتمدة لتجنّب الاحتيال.
كما أكدت أن موقع KSA Visa هو الدليل الشامل لجميع متطلبات وإجراءات ورسوم التأشيرات السعودية، ويهدف إلى تقديم تجربة رقمية سهلة ومريحة للزوار من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched a new trial version through its official platform "KSA Visa" that allows those wishing to visit the Kingdom for the purpose of visiting family and friends to apply for an electronic visa in an easy and fast manner, as part of the Kingdom's efforts to enhance tourism openness and facilitate the movement of visitors.
According to what was reported on the official website of the platform, the "Family and Friends" visa enables visitors to visit their relatives and friends residing in the Kingdom, with the possibility of participating in tourist activities, attending events, and performing Umrah outside the Hajj season.
Types of Visas and Duration of Stay
The platform offers two main visa options:
- Single-entry visa: Valid for 90 days, allowing for a similar duration of stay.
- Multiple-entry visa: Valid for one year, with the possibility of staying for 90 days on each visit.
Fees and Payment Method
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has set the visa fees as follows:
- 80 USD visa fee (refundable).
- 10.5 USD digital service fee for the visa (non-refundable).
- 10.5 USD digital service fee for insurance (non-refundable).
- Health insurance fees determined by the chosen insurance company.
Applications are processed within a period ranging from one minute to three working days, according to the platform's system.
Eligible Categories for Visa Application
Saudi Arabia allows obtaining a family and friends visit visa through three main methods:
Applicants receive it immediately through the platform, and it is sent to their email. It is available to citizens of eligible countries or holders of "Schengen" visas or visas from the United States or the United Kingdom, as well as to permanent residents in these countries or in Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
- Visa through service offices or embassies:
Applications can be submitted through accredited offices in countries where they are available, or directly through the Kingdom's embassies if service offices are not available.
Travelers can obtain it at Saudi entry points, for citizens of eligible countries or holders of visas from the aforementioned countries.
Visa Conditions and Requirements
The platform requires that the visitor be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a legal guardian, and possess a passport valid for at least 6 months, in addition to valid health insurance and sufficient financial capability to cover accommodation and transportation expenses within the Kingdom.
The platform also emphasized the necessity of adhering to Saudi laws and regulations during the visit.
Permitted Activities
Visa holders are allowed to:
- Visit relatives and friends.
- Attend events and tourist occasions.
- Perform Umrah (excluding the Hajj season).
This visa does not include performing the Hajj pilgrimage.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged all applicants to communicate through official channels if they have any inquiries, and warned against dealing with intermediaries or unauthorized entities to avoid fraud.
