أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية اليوم، إيداع مليار وأربعة وثلاثين مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني من وزارة البلديات والإسكان، والصندوق العقاري، عن شهر ديسمبر 2025.
وأوضح الصندوق العقاري أن إجمالي دعم شهر ديسمبر خصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، في إطار دعم وتحسين قدرة المستفيدين على تملك السكن تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، مشيرًا إلى أن إجمالي ما أودع في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني منذ يناير 2025 وحتى شهر ديسمبر بلغ نحو 12,4 مليار ريال.
وأكد الصندوق العقاري استمراره في تطوير حلول تمويلية مبتكرة، بالتعاون مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين، بما يسهم في تسهيل رحلة التملك، وتوسيع نطاق الخيارات التمويلية والسكنية الملائمة لاحتياجات المستفيدين، ضمن المحور الإستراتيجي «التملك السكني لأجيال واعدة».
يُذكر أن صندوق التنمية العقارية منذ تأسيسه عام 1974 يواصل أداء دوره الريادي في تمكين الأسر السعودية من تملك المساكإيين المناسبة، من خلال تقديم حلول سكنية وتمويلية مبتكرة ومستدامة.
The Real Estate Development Fund announced today the deposit of one billion and thirty-four million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund, for the month of December 2025.
The Real Estate Fund clarified that the total support for December was allocated to support the profits of contracts for various housing support programs, as part of the efforts to support and enhance the beneficiaries' ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. It noted that the total amount deposited in the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from January 2025 to December reached approximately 12.4 billion riyals.
The Real Estate Fund confirmed its continued development of innovative financing solutions, in collaboration with financing entities and real estate developers, to facilitate the ownership journey and expand the range of financing and housing options suitable for the beneficiaries' needs, within the strategic axis of "Housing Ownership for Promising Generations."
It is worth mentioning that the Real Estate Development Fund, since its establishment in 1974, continues to play its pioneering role in enabling Saudi families to own suitable housing, by providing innovative and sustainable housing and financing solutions.
