اعتمدت وزارة التعليم مسارا مرنا في تطبيق «حضوري» الخاص بإثبات حضور وانصراف المعلمين والمعلمات؛ بهدف تفادي الأعطال التقنية التي قد تؤخر تسجيل الدخول أو الخروج في النظام.
وتضمنت المرونة الجديدة منح مديري ومديرات المدارس صلاحية إثبات الحضور والانصراف يدويا عبر تعديل أوقات الحضور أو الانصراف عند حدوث خلل في التطبيق، مثل تعليق الدخول أو تأخر استجابة النظام.
ووفقا للآلية المحدثة، يمكن للمدير تعديل وقت حضور المعلم ليطابق الوقت الفعلي الذي حضر فيه في حال فشل التطبيق في تسجيل البصمة، وعلى سبيل المثال: إذا حضر المعلم عند الساعة 6:30 صباحا، ولم يتمكن من تسجيل الحضور إلا عند 6:50 صباحا، يحق للمدير تعديل الوقت بما يضمن عدم تضرر المعلم.
وشددت الوزارة على أن الصلاحية لا تعني تعديل أوقات الدوام الرسمية، بل تقتصر على الحالات التي يثبت فيها الحضور الفعلي قبل الموعد المحدد (6:45 صباحا) أو المشكلات التقنية في الانصراف.
ويتم تنفيذ التعديل عبر تحميل ملف Excel من تطبيق حضوري، وتعبئته بالبيانات الصحيحة، ثم رفعه وإرساله إلى وحدة متابعة الدوام في إدارات التعليم لاستكمال الإجراء واعتماد التعديلات.
يُشار إلى أن تطبيق «حضوري» نظام ذكي يعتمد على تقنيات إنترنت الأشياء، ويعمل ببصمة الوجه أو الصوت أو الإصبع لكل موظف، ضمن توجه الوزارة للتحول الرقمي وضمان دقة الانضباط الوظيفي.
The Ministry of Education has adopted a flexible approach in implementing the "Hodouri" system for recording the attendance and departure of teachers; aimed at avoiding technical malfunctions that may delay logging in or out of the system.
The new flexibility includes granting school principals the authority to manually record attendance and departure by adjusting the times when a malfunction occurs in the application, such as login suspensions or delayed system responses.
According to the updated mechanism, the principal can adjust the teacher's attendance time to match the actual time they arrived if the application fails to register the fingerprint. For example, if a teacher arrives at 6:30 AM but is unable to register attendance until 6:50 AM, the principal has the right to adjust the time to ensure the teacher is not adversely affected.
The ministry emphasized that this authority does not mean adjusting official working hours, but is limited to cases where actual attendance is confirmed before the specified time (6:45 AM) or technical issues arise during departure.
The adjustment is carried out by downloading an Excel file from the Hodouri application, filling it with the correct data, and then uploading and sending it to the attendance monitoring unit in the education departments to complete the procedure and approve the adjustments.
It is worth noting that the "Hodouri" application is an intelligent system that relies on Internet of Things technologies, and works with facial recognition, voice, or fingerprint for each employee, as part of the ministry's direction towards digital transformation and ensuring the accuracy of job discipline.
