أطلقت جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن ممثلة في كلية التربية والتنمية البشرية، ووكالة الطفولة المبكرة في وزارة التعليم، اليوم (الأربعاء)، 22 أكتوبر 2025م، مؤتمر «الطفولة تزدهر في 2030»، برعاية وزير التعليم يوسف بن عبدالله البنيان، وبحضور نائب وزير التعليم الدكتورة إيناس بنت سليمان العيسى، وعددٍ من قيادات قطاع التعليم، والمؤسسات، والهيئات السعودية، والمختصين في مجالات الطفولة، وذلك في مركز المؤتمرات والندوات بالجامعة.
3 جلسات حوارية
ويتضمَّن المؤتمر 3 جلسات حوارية بعنوان «الاستثمار المستدام في الطفولة»، و«الطفل في العالم الرقمي»، و«الرفاه النفسي للطفل»، إضافة إلى (6) ورش عمل متخصصة، من بينها: «حقوق الطفل التربوية»، و«استراتيجيات تعلُّم المهارات القرائية للطفل»، و«دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تعزيز النمو الشامل للطفل».
ويتناول المؤتمر جلسات تفاعلية تُساعد الآباء، والمربين، والمختصين في التعرُّف على الأدوات والتقنيات الحديثة؛ لدعم تنمية الطفل في العصر الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي، واكتشاف المواهب والتوعية بحقوق الطفل التربوية، ولقاءات مع خبراء ومختصين في مجالات التربية، والتكنولوجيا، والصحة النفسية؛ لمناقشة استراتيجيات وسياسات ورؤى يمكن تبنِّيها على مستوى الحكومات والمؤسسات لتحسين جودة حياة الأطفال.
ويشمل المؤتمر أركانا تفاعلية، ومعرضا للملصقات العلمية والوسائل التعليمية المبتكرة، إضافة إلى معرض مُصاحب يتناول سلسلة من الأنشطة التربوية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، متضمنا مبادرات من الجهات المختصة والقطاعات المعنية؛ لتعزيز الوعي بأهمية رعاية الطفولة وتنميتها، والإسهام في نمو الأطفال في بيئة آمنة ومستدامة.
إعلان أسماء الفائزين
ويشهد المؤتمر إعلان أسماء الفائزين في جائزة نورة للطفولة؛ والتي جاء إطلاقها في شهر سبتمبر الماضي؛ احتفاء بالجهود الوطنية المميَّزة في مجال جودة الحياة للطفل والرفاه النفسي، تحت مسارين رئيسين، هما: مسار المؤسسات «المبادرات المؤسسية»، ومسار الأفراد «المبادرات الفردية».
ويجري على هامش أعمال المؤتمر، توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين جامعة الأميرة نورة ومؤسسة الأمير طلال بن عبدالعزيز الخيرية؛ للتعاون وتبادل الخبرات بكل ما يخدم أهداف التنمية المستدامة المجتمعية.
ويأتي مؤتمر «الطفولة تزدهر في 2030» في إطار مبادرة ولي العهد لـ«حماية الأطفال في الفضاء السيبراني»، وضمن أدوار كلية التربية والتنمية البشرية للمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الخطة الاستراتيجية لجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن 2025، من خلال توفير بيئة داعمة وشاملة في مجالات الطفولة والتنمية البشرية، وتعزيز التميُّز الأكاديمي والبحثي، وبناء الشراكات الفاعلة لخدمة الطفولة، وتنفيذ مبادرات مجتمعية مبتكرة تُسهم في إعداد جيل واعٍ لمستقبل حيوي ومُزدهر.
Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, represented by the College of Education and Human Development and the Early Childhood Agency at the Ministry of Education, launched today (Wednesday), October 22, 2025, the conference "Childhood Thrives in 2030," under the patronage of Minister of Education Yusuf bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, and in the presence of Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Inas bint Suleiman Al-Essa, along with several leaders from the education sector, institutions, Saudi authorities, and specialists in the field of childhood, at the university's conference and seminar center.
3 Panel Discussions
The conference includes 3 panel discussions titled "Sustainable Investment in Childhood," "The Child in the Digital World," and "Child Psychological Well-being," in addition to (6) specialized workshops, including: "Educational Rights of the Child," "Strategies for Teaching Reading Skills to Children," and "The Role of Kindergarten Teachers in Promoting Holistic Child Development."
The conference will feature interactive sessions that help parents, educators, and specialists learn about modern tools and technologies to support child development in the digital age and artificial intelligence, discover talents, raise awareness of children's educational rights, and hold meetings with experts and specialists in education, technology, and mental health to discuss strategies, policies, and visions that can be adopted at the government and institutional levels to improve the quality of life for children.
The conference will include interactive corners, a scientific poster exhibition, and innovative educational tools, in addition to a companion exhibition addressing a series of educational activities for early childhood, including initiatives from relevant authorities and sectors to enhance awareness of the importance of childhood care and development and contribute to children's growth in a safe and sustainable environment.
Announcement of Winners
The conference will witness the announcement of the winners of the Nourah Childhood Award, which was launched last September to celebrate distinguished national efforts in the field of quality of life for children and psychological well-being, under two main tracks: the institutional track "Institutional Initiatives" and the individual track "Individual Initiatives."
A memorandum of understanding will be signed on the sidelines of the conference between Princess Nourah University and the Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Charity Foundation to collaborate and exchange expertise in all that serves the goals of community sustainable development.
The "Childhood Thrives in 2030" conference comes as part of the Crown Prince's initiative for "Protecting Children in Cyberspace," and within the roles of the College of Education and Human Development to contribute to achieving the strategic plan goals of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University 2025, by providing a supportive and inclusive environment in the fields of childhood and human development, enhancing academic and research excellence, building effective partnerships to serve childhood, and implementing innovative community initiatives that contribute to preparing a conscious generation for a vibrant and prosperous future.
