أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم، بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا في كل من عمر أحمد إبراهيم شريف، ومحمد أحمد سعد محمد (مصريي الجنسية)؛ لإقدامهما على تهريب أقراص الإمفيتامين المخدرة إلى المملكة، وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجانيين المذكورين، وأسفر التحقيق معهما عن توجيه الاتهام إليهما بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالتهما إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقهما حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليهما وقتلهما تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بالجانيين اليوم (الثلاثاء) 29 / 4 / 1447هـ بمنطقة تبوك.
Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty as a discretionary punishment for both Omar Ahmed Ibrahim Sharif and Mohamed Ahmed Saad Mohamed (Egyptian nationals); for their involvement in smuggling amphetamine pills into the Kingdom. Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to apprehend the aforementioned perpetrators, and the investigation with them resulted in charges being brought against them for committing the crime. Upon their referral to the competent court, a ruling was issued confirming the charges against them and sentencing them to death as a discretionary punishment. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.
The death penalty was carried out on the perpetrators today (Tuesday), 29 / 4 / 1447 AH, in the Tabuk region.
