استعرضت المملكة، ممثلةً في الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، رؤيتها المتقدّمة في مجال حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعزيز السيادة الرقمية، وذلك خلال مشاركتها في منتدى حوارات روما المتوسطية «MED Dialogues 2025»، الذي عُقد في مدينة نابولي بجمهورية إيطاليا بمشاركة نخبة من القادة والمسؤولين والخبراء من مختلف دول العالم.
ومثّل «سدايا» في المنتدى الباحث الخبير الدكتور فيصل العتيبي، إذ شارك ضمن أعمال المنتدى في جلسة نقاش مغلقة حول الجغرافيا السياسية للحوسبة السحابية – السيادة والبنية التحتية الرقمية، وشارك في جلسة حوار مفتوحة حول تطوّرات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الشرق الأوسط وانعكاساته على الأمن والاقتصاد.
وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار جهود «سدايا» المستمرة لتعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستعراض التجربة الوطنية الرائدة في بناء اقتصاد وطني قائم على البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن إطار مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Kingdom, represented by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), showcased its advanced vision in the field of artificial intelligence governance and enhancing digital sovereignty during its participation in the Mediterranean Dialogues Forum "MED Dialogues 2025," which was held in Naples, Italy, with the participation of a select group of leaders, officials, and experts from various countries around the world.
Dr. Faisal Al-Otaibi, an expert researcher, represented SDAIA at the forum, participating in a closed discussion session on the geopolitical aspects of cloud computing – sovereignty and digital infrastructure, and he also took part in an open dialogue session on developments in artificial intelligence in the Middle East and their implications for security and the economy.
This participation is part of SDAIA's ongoing efforts to enhance international cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence and to showcase the pioneering national experience in building a data-driven and AI-based national economy within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.
