The Ministry of Education emphasized the necessity of adhering to the organizational procedures for implementing central tests in all primary schools from the third to the sixth grade and in intermediate schools during the final exams of the first semester of the current academic year.

The ministry indicated that technical teams should be formed from distinguished supervisors and teachers in the targeted specialties and grades by the supervisory committee of the education administration. Their tasks include building two models for each targeted subject, in light of the specifications tables that cover the entire content of the curriculum for all study periods, the basic test, and another equivalent model, along with the correct answer keys for each model. They are also responsible for reviewing all test models, improving them, and uploading the models in the testing system, serving as external reviewers for the test models of other education administrations, supported by the General Administration for Evaluating Cognitive and Skill Performance. Additionally, they must re-grade the answer sheets of the random sample and compare them with the recorded scores, and submit a report on the comparison results to the supervisory committee.

The ministry stressed the formation of an academic achievement committee, chaired by the school principal or the person assigned by the supervisory committee. If necessary, this committee will implement the testing procedures within the school and form working teams and subcommittees for the tests. Their responsibilities include preparing the testing rooms and creating all suitable conditions for implementation, as well as being directly responsible for applying the regulations governing the conduct of the tests, ensuring the school's compliance with them, printing and storing the question models from the testing system according to the number of students, and doing so before the test date as soon as they are approved in the system. They will also form teams for grading, reviewing, recording, and storing answer sheets and recording lists, and delivering them to the supervisory committee if needed.
