لاتزال الأنباء متضاربة بشأن إعادة فتح معبر رفح، وأفادت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية، بأن الاستعدادات الميدانية متواصلة لفتح المعبر الحدودي بين غزة ومصر، مؤكدة أنه لن يتم فتحه اليوم(الأربعاء)، ولا يوجد موعد محدد لفتحه، بعد أنباء راجت عن احتمالات إعادة فتحه.
وكانت الهيئة أعلنت أن حكومة الاحتلال ألغت إجراءات كانت تعتزم اتخاذها ضد حركة حماس، تشمل خفض عدد شاحنات المساعدات التي تدخل القطاع إلى النصف، ولفتت إلى أن نحو 600 شاحنة مساعدات ستدخل غزة مع إعادة فتح المعبر.
مطالبات بفتح المعابر
وطالب المدير العام لمكتب الإعلام الحكومي بغزة، سلطات الاحتلال بفتح المعابر وإدخال المساعدات فورا، مناشدا الإدارة الأمريكية بالضغط لفتح المعابر. وأكد أن الأولوية في السفر عند فتح معبر رفح ستكون للمرضى والجرحى، لافتا إلى أن السلطات في غزة لم تلمس أي تقدم في دخول المساعدات إلى القطاع المحاصر.
وقررت حكومة الاحتلال أمس عدم فتح معبر رفح، ردا على ما قالت إنه بسبب عدم تسليم حماس بقية جثامين الأسرى الإسرائيليين الذين قتلوا في قصف الجيش على القطاع خلال الحرب.تنفيذ توصيات المنظومة الأمنية
وحسب هيئة البث، فإن القيادة السياسية قررت تقليص المساعدات الإنسانية للقطاع بشكل كبير بناء على توصيات الأجهزة الأمنية.
وكانت قناة «كان» الإسرائيلية ذكرت أن المنظومة الأمنية اقترحت على الحكومة عدم فتح معبر رفح وعدم إدخال المساعدات بشكل كامل إلى حين إعادة كافة جثث الأسرى من القطاع الفلسطيني.
ونقلت صحيفة معاريف الإسرائيلية أمس عن مسؤول أمني إسرائيلي، أن الاتفاق مع الفلسطينيين لم يحدد عدد المختطفين القتلى الذين ستسلمهم حماس، وسلمت الحركة حتى الآن 8 جثامين.
وزعم جيش الاحتلال أن لدى حماس معلومات عن العديد من المحتجزين القتلى وليس عن 4 جثث فقط، بحسب الصحيفة. وأوضحت أن القيادة السياسية لا تفصح عن تقييمها: هل عدم تسليم الجثث أزمة في تنفيذ الاتفاق أم تأخير معقول؟مخاوف إفشال الاتفاق
ونقلت صحيفة يديعوت أحرونوت عن مسؤول سياسي، أن عدم إعادة جثامين المحتجزين ربما يؤدي إلى إفشال الاتفاق. وأضافت أنه لم يُتخذ قرار بعد بشأن ما إذا اعتبر تأخير الجثامين خرقا للاتفاق، لكن إسرائيل تبحث الأمر خصوصا مع تأكيد حماس أنها ستواجه صعوبة في إعادة كل الجثامين.
ووفق خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لوقف حرب غزة، كان من المقرر إعادة فتح المعبر اليوم، بعد اكتمال تسليم رفات الأسرى لإسرائيل، علما بأن الاتفاق أشار إلى صعوبات في استعادة الرفات لأسباب تتعلق بغياب آليات الحفر والتنقيب والإمكانات الفنية.خطر المجاعة لا يزال
بدوره، حذر المرصد الأورومتوسطي لحقوق الإنسان، من أن خطر المجاعة لم يغادر قطاع غزة في ظل استمرار تقليص المساعدات الذي يعكس إصرار إسرائيل على استخدام التجويع أداة إبادة جماعية.
وأوضح في بيان له، أن الكميات المحدودة من البضائع والمساعدات التي سُمح بدخولها إلى القطاع لا تمثّل سوى جزء ضئيل من الاحتياجات الفعلية.
وأضاف، نحن قلقون للغاية من التلويح الإسرائيلي بتقليص المساعدات الإنسانية وعدم فتح معبر رفح بذريعة عدم الإفراج عن جثث قتلى إسرائيليين. ولفت إلى أن إسرائيل سمحت بإدخال 173 شاحنة مساعدات فقط على مدار يومين عقب وقف إطلاق النار يوم الجمعة الماضي.
The news remains conflicting regarding the reopening of the Rafah crossing. The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that field preparations are ongoing to open the border crossing between Gaza and Egypt, confirming that it will not be opened today (Wednesday), and there is no specific date for its opening, following rumors about the possibility of reopening it.
The authority announced that the occupying government canceled measures it intended to take against Hamas, which included halving the number of aid trucks entering the sector, noting that about 600 aid trucks will enter Gaza when the crossing is reopened.
Calls to Open the Crossings
The Director-General of the Government Media Office in Gaza called on the occupying authorities to open the crossings and allow aid to enter immediately, appealing to the U.S. administration to pressure for the opening of the crossings. He confirmed that the priority for travel when the Rafah crossing opens will be for patients and the injured, pointing out that the authorities in Gaza have not seen any progress in the entry of aid into the besieged sector.
The occupying government decided yesterday not to open the Rafah crossing in response to what it said was due to Hamas's failure to deliver the remaining bodies of Israeli prisoners who were killed in the army's bombardment of the sector during the war.Implementation of Security System Recommendations
According to the broadcasting authority, the political leadership decided to significantly reduce humanitarian aid to the sector based on recommendations from the security agencies.
The Israeli channel "Kan" reported that the security system proposed to the government not to open the Rafah crossing and not to allow aid to enter fully until all the bodies of prisoners from the Palestinian sector are returned.
The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported yesterday that an Israeli security official stated that the agreement with the Palestinians did not specify the number of deceased captives that Hamas would deliver, and the movement has so far handed over 8 bodies.
The occupying army claimed that Hamas has information about many deceased captives, not just 4 bodies, according to the newspaper. It clarified that the political leadership does not disclose its assessment: whether the failure to deliver the bodies is a crisis in implementing the agreement or a reasonable delay?Concerns About the Agreement's Failure
The newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth quoted a political official stating that the failure to return the bodies of the captives could lead to the failure of the agreement. It added that no decision has yet been made on whether the delay in the bodies is considered a breach of the agreement, but Israel is examining the matter, especially with Hamas confirming that it will face difficulties in returning all the bodies.
According to U.S. President Donald Trump's plan to stop the Gaza war, the crossing was scheduled to reopen today, after the completion of delivering the remains of the prisoners to Israel, noting that the agreement indicated difficulties in recovering the remains due to the lack of excavation and exploration mechanisms and technical capabilities.The Danger of Famine Persists
For its part, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor warned that the danger of famine has not left the Gaza Strip amid the ongoing reduction of aid, which reflects Israel's insistence on using starvation as a tool of genocide.
It explained in a statement that the limited quantities of goods and aid that have been allowed to enter the sector represent only a tiny part of the actual needs.
It added, we are extremely concerned about the Israeli threat to reduce humanitarian aid and not to open the Rafah crossing under the pretext of not releasing the bodies of Israeli dead. It noted that Israel allowed only 173 aid trucks to enter over two days following the ceasefire last Friday.
