الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي يفتتح أعمال الملتقى الثاني لعلماء باكستان

The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, inaugurated the second gathering of scholars in Pakistan in the capital city of Islamabad, under the title: "Coordinating Positions and Unity of Word," with the presence of senior scholars from various sects in Pakistan.
Dr. Al-Issa explained that the gathering comes as part of the major milestones to activate the contents of the "Document for Building Bridges Between Islamic Sects," which was sponsored by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, during its international conference.
He emphasized the necessity of solidarity and unity of word on the major issues of the nation, which must have a common voice that embodies the coalition of scholars around it.
Al-Issa indicated that the gathering aims to affirm that the diversity of scholarly ijtihad within its legitimate framework, as reflected in the works of scholars and believers, enriches the Islamic library and is considered one of the merits of Sharia; expressing its permissiveness and vastness.
