بدأت بلدية محافظة بيشة تنفيذ أعمال مشروع أنسنة عدد من الطرق الحيوية والرئيسية في المحافظة، في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتحسين المشهد الحضري ورفع جودة الحياة في المدينة.
وأوضح رئيس بلدية بيشة المهندس محمد بن فلاح القحطاني أن أعمال الأنسنة تشمل طريق الملك فيصل، وطريق الملك فهد، وشارع أبها، حيث يجري العمل على إعادة تأهيل هذه الشوارع بما يتوافق مع متطلبات أنسنة المدن، من خلال تنفيذ أرصفة وممرات آمنة للمشاة، وتحسين الإنارة، وتوفير المقاعد والعناصر الجمالية التي تسهم في تعزيز راحة السكان وإبراز الهوية الحضرية للمحافظة.
كما بدأت البلدية أعمال السفلتة في عدد من الأحياء الواقعة شرق المحافظة، ضمن خطة متكاملة تستهدف رفع كفاءة الطرق الداخلية وتحسين البنية التحتية، لتسهيل الحركة المرورية وتعزيز الربط بين الأحياء والمناطق الحيوية.
وأكد رئيس البلدية أن هذه المشاريع تأتي ضمن مبادرات برنامج جودة الحياة المنبثق من رؤية المملكة 2030، التي تسعى إلى جعل المدن السعودية أكثر ملاءمة للإنسان، وتوفير بيئة عمرانية متكاملة تسهم في تحسين نمط الحياة وتعزيز جاذبية المدن للسكان والزوار.
The Municipality of Bisha Governorate has begun implementing the humanization project for several vital and main roads in the governorate, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the urban landscape and enhance the quality of life in the city.
The Mayor of Bisha, Engineer Mohammed bin Falah Al-Qahtani, explained that the humanization works include King Faisal Road, King Fahd Road, and Abha Street, where efforts are underway to rehabilitate these streets in accordance with the requirements of urban humanization, by implementing safe sidewalks and pedestrian pathways, improving lighting, and providing benches and aesthetic elements that contribute to enhancing the comfort of residents and highlighting the urban identity of the governorate.
The municipality has also started paving works in several neighborhoods located east of the governorate, as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at improving the efficiency of internal roads and enhancing infrastructure, to facilitate traffic movement and strengthen connectivity between neighborhoods and vital areas.
The Mayor confirmed that these projects are part of the initiatives of the Quality of Life Program, which stems from the Kingdom's Vision 2030, aimed at making Saudi cities more human-friendly and providing an integrated urban environment that contributes to improving lifestyle and enhancing the attractiveness of cities for residents and visitors.
