وجّه خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، بفتح مسجد القبلتين في المدينة المنورة على مدار 24 ساعة، تسهيلاً للمصلين لأداء الصلاة في جميع الأوقات.
ورفع أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة رئيس مجلس هيئة تطوير المنطقة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، على ما يوليانه من رعاية كريمة وعناية دائمة ببيوت الله، وحرصهما الدائم على تعزيز الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن في هذه البلاد المباركة.
وقال: «إن هذا التوجيه الكريم يأتي امتداداً لما توليه الدولة من عناية خاصة ببيوت الله، وفي مقدمتها الحرمان الشريفان؛ بما يجسّد رسالة المملكة في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين».
وأكد أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة، بذل أقصى الجهود للعناية بخدمة مسجد القبلتين والتيسير على قاصديه، انطلاقاً من مكانته الدينية والتاريخية، وتمكين المصلين من أداء فروضهم بكل يسر وطمأنينة، مشيراً إلى أن الجهات المعنية شرعت في استكمال الإجراءات التشغيلية اللازمة لضمان جاهزية المسجد على مدار 24 ساعة.
من جانب آخر، أوضح وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، أن توجيه خادم الحرمين، يؤكد حرص القيادة على العناية ببيوت اللّه وتوفير أقصى درجات الراحة لمرتاديها، لا سيما المساجد التاريخية التي تحظى بمكانة خاصة لدى المسلمين.
ولفت إلى جاهزية المسجد للتشغيل على مدار الساعة وتهيئته للمصلين بالخدمات التي تضمن راحتهم، مبيّناً أن الوزارة ماضية في تنفيذ مشروعات نوعية لتطوير بيوت الله، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية 2030، ويعكس الدور الريادي للمملكة في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, has directed the opening of the Qiblatain Mosque in Medina around the clock, facilitating worshippers to perform prayers at all times.
The Prince of the Medina Region and Chairman of the Development Authority, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for their generous care and constant attention to the houses of God, and their ongoing commitment to enhancing the services provided to the guests of the Merciful in this blessed land.
He stated: "This generous directive comes as an extension of what the state gives special attention to the houses of God, foremost among them the Two Holy Mosques; embodying the Kingdom's message in serving Islam and Muslims."
The Prince of the Medina Region affirmed that maximum efforts will be made to care for the Qiblatain Mosque and facilitate access for its visitors, based on its religious and historical significance, enabling worshippers to perform their duties with ease and tranquility. He noted that the relevant authorities have begun completing the necessary operational procedures to ensure the mosque's readiness around the clock.
On another note, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdulatif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, clarified that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' directive emphasizes the leadership's commitment to caring for the houses of God and providing the utmost comfort for their visitors, especially the historical mosques that hold a special status among Muslims.
He pointed out that the mosque is ready for operation around the clock and has been prepared for worshippers with services that ensure their comfort, indicating that the ministry is proceeding with implementing quality projects to develop the houses of God, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030, and reflecting the Kingdom's pioneering role in serving Islam and Muslims.
