دشّن أمير منطقة الباحة الأمير الدكتور حسام بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، مركبة التدخل السريع (عبيّة)، التي تهدف إلى تعزيز سرعة الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الإسعافية في المواقع الحيوية بالمنطقة.
جاء ذلك، خلال استقباله في مكتبه، أمس (الإثنين)، مدير عام فرع هيئة الهلال الأحمر بالمنطقة سلطان سعد المالكي وعدداً من منسوبي الهيئة.
واستمع أمير الباحة، عقب التدشين إلى شرح عن المركبة المجهزة بأحدث الأجهزة الطبية والمعدات المتطورة، التي تمكّن الطاقم الطبي من التعامل السريع مع الحالات الحرجة قبل وصول سيارات الإسعاف، كما اطّلع على شرح عن جهاز الصدمات وتخطيط القلب وجهاز الضغطات الميكانيكية للإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (اللوكس)، إضافة إلى الأسطول الإسعافي بالهيئة.
ونوّه الأمير حسام بن سعود، بما تحظى به هيئة الهلال الأحمر من دعم سخي واهتمام كبير من القيادة، الأمر الذي أسهم في تطوير خدماتها الإسعافية المتكاملة في جميع مناطق المملكة، بما يحقق رسالتها وأهدافها في حفظ الأرواح وتخفيف المعاناة، مشيداً بالجهود الإنسانية التي يبذلها منسوبو الهلال الأحمر السعودي لتعزيز وسائل الوقاية والسلامة، وما أسهمت به من تحسين صحة وسلامة الأفراد الذين يتعرضون للحالات الطارئة.

The Governor of Al-Baha, Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the rapid intervention vehicle (Abiyah), which aims to enhance the speed of response to emergency cases and improve the efficiency of ambulance services in vital locations in the region.
This took place during his reception in his office yesterday (Monday) of the Director General of the Red Crescent Authority branch in the region, Sultan Saad Al-Maliki, and a number of the Authority's staff.
After the inauguration, the Governor of Al-Baha listened to an explanation about the vehicle equipped with the latest medical devices and advanced equipment, which enables the medical team to respond quickly to critical cases before the arrival of ambulances. He also reviewed an explanation about the defibrillator, the electrocardiogram, and the mechanical compression device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (LUCAS), in addition to the ambulance fleet of the Authority.
Prince Hussam bin Saud emphasized the generous support and significant interest that the Red Crescent Authority receives from the leadership, which has contributed to the development of its integrated ambulance services in all regions of the Kingdom, fulfilling its mission and goals of saving lives and alleviating suffering. He praised the humanitarian efforts made by the staff of the Saudi Red Crescent to enhance means of prevention and safety, and how this has contributed to improving the health and safety of individuals exposed to emergency situations.
