The Ministry of Education has mandated schools to issue an electronic notification twice during each academic term, which includes detailed results for the student in all subjects, allowing them and their families to continuously and regularly monitor their academic progress, and to address any areas that require improvement. This is a step to enhance communication and transparency with students and their parents.

Schools at all educational stages have also been directed to adhere to the updated executive procedures in the student evaluation regulations and the grading distribution guide for the current academic year.

The Ministry attributed this to improving school performance and ensuring comprehensive monitoring of the academic achievement levels of students, noting that the new mechanism is based on making the evaluation process a daily and continuous practice starting from the first day of the academic term.

The ministry emphasized the necessity for teachers to regularly record their observations and evaluations of students in the assessment tracking log, which should include tangible evidence and documentation of the student's level, to be archived in the "Student Achievement File," supporting the summary of the evaluation that the teacher records in the digital system at the end of each term.

The procedures include various oral and written assessments after completing each study unit or group of lessons, and the final grade assigned to these assessments is calculated by summing the grades obtained by the student, with the requirement that they be recorded in the electronic system at least twice during each academic term, to ensure that the final evaluation reflects the overall performance of the student throughout the entire term.
