أصدرت البلديات اشتراطات محدّثة لمكاتب تأجير وسائل النقل ومراكز إيواء المركبات، وتتضمن ضوابط دقيقة تتعلق بمواقع النشاط، ومعايير التصميم المعماري، ومتطلبات الواجهات، والمساحات المخصّصة للمواقف، إلى جانب اشتراطات السلامة العامة والنظافة والصيانة، ومتطلبات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والالتزام بكود البناء السعودي وكود الحماية من الحريق وتنظيم الأنشطة الإضافية والمتجانسة، وتوفير وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني، وتركيب كاميرات المراقبة، ووضع لوحات داخلية واضحة ومحدّثة.
وأكَّدت وزارة البلديات والإسكان، أن الالتزام بالاشتراطات المحدّثة يفتح آفاقًا واسعة أمام المستثمرين لبناء منشآت تواكب التحولات التنموية التي تشهدها المملكة، وتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة تعزز من تنافسية السوق، وتسهم في تحسين تجربة المستفيدين ودعم الاقتصاد المحلي.
يشار إلى أن وزارة البلديات والإسكان حدثت خلال الفترة الماضية مجموعة من الاشتراطات لمختلف الأنشطة التجارية والخدمية؛ بهدف رفع كفاءة البنية التحتية، وتعزيز سلامة المباني والمرافق، وتحسين المشهد الحضري، وتوفير بيئة آمنة وصحية، وتسهيل ممارسة الأعمال، وتمكين المستثمرين من تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية تُلبي تطلعات المجتمع.
The municipalities have issued updated requirements for vehicle rental offices and vehicle accommodation centers, which include precise regulations related to the activity locations, architectural design standards, facade requirements, designated parking spaces, as well as public safety, cleanliness, and maintenance requirements, provisions for people with disabilities, compliance with the Saudi Building Code and fire protection code, regulation of additional and homogeneous activities, provision of electronic payment methods, installation of surveillance cameras, and placement of clear and updated internal signage.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing confirmed that adherence to the updated requirements opens wide horizons for investors to build facilities that keep pace with the developmental transformations taking place in the Kingdom, provide high-quality services that enhance market competitiveness, and contribute to improving the experience of beneficiaries and supporting the local economy.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has updated a set of requirements for various commercial and service activities in the past period; aimed at enhancing the efficiency of infrastructure, improving the safety of buildings and facilities, enhancing the urban landscape, providing a safe and healthy environment, facilitating business operations, and enabling investors to offer high-quality services that meet community aspirations.
