أعلنت وزارة الطاقة بدء مرحلة تأهيل المتقدمين لمنافسات تراخيص أنشطة إنشاء وتملك وتشغيل شبكات توزيع الغاز الطبيعي في كل من مدينة سدير للصناعة والأعمال، والمدينة الصناعية في الخرج، والمدن الصناعية الأولى والثانية والثالثة في جدة.
ودعت الوزارة الجهات المهتمة إلى التواصل معها عبر البريد الإلكتروني (gnrfp@moenergy.gov.sa)، للحصول على كراسة التأهيل، في موعد أقصاه 3 جمادى الأولى 1447هـ، الموافق 25 / 10 / 2025م، مُبيّنةً أن آخر موعد لاستقبال وثائق التأهيل هو 8 جمادى الآخرة 1447هـ، الموافق 29 / 11 / 2025م.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المتأهلين سيُدعون لتقديم عروضهم الفنية في تاريخٍ لاحقٍ، وفقاً لأحكام نظام إمدادات الطاقة، ولائحة أنشطة الغاز الطبيعي وسوائله.
ويأتي إطلاق هذه المنافسات بالتزامن مع مشروع التوسعة الثالثة لشبكة الغاز الرئيسية، الذي سيسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج إزاحة الوقود السائل، وإحلال الغاز الطبيعي محله، في إطار رؤية المملكة 2030؛ بهدف تعظيم المنافع الاقتصادية، والبيئية، والاجتماعية من الموارد البترولية.
The Ministry of Energy has announced the commencement of the qualification phase for applicants for licenses to establish, own, and operate natural gas distribution networks in the city of Sudair for Industry and Business, the industrial city in Al-Kharj, and the first, second, and third industrial cities in Jeddah.
The ministry has invited interested parties to contact it via email (gnrfp@moenergy.gov.sa) to obtain the qualification booklet, no later than 3 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to 25 / 10 / 2025 AD, indicating that the deadline for receiving qualification documents is 8 Jumada Al-Thani 1447 AH, corresponding to 29 / 11 / 2025 AD.
The ministry clarified that the qualified applicants will be invited to submit their technical proposals at a later date, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Supply System and the Natural Gas and Liquids Activities Regulation.
The launch of these competitions coincides with the third expansion project of the main gas network, which will contribute to achieving the objectives of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program and replacing it with natural gas, within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030; aiming to maximize the economic, environmental, and social benefits from petroleum resources.
