التقى وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، اليوم، عضوَي لجنة العلاقات الخارجية بمجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي السيناتور بيتر ويلش، والسيناتور كريس كونز، على هامش أعمال الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الثمانين.
وجرى خلال اللقاء، استعراض علاقات الصداقة بين البلدين، ومناقشة عدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
حضر اللقاء سفيرة خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الأميرة ريما بنت بندر بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، ومستشار وزير الخارجية للشؤون السياسية الأمير مصعب بن محمد الفرحان، ومستشار وزير الخارجية محمد اليحيى، والوزير مفوض بوزارة الخارجية الدكتورة منال رضوان.
Today, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with members of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Senator Peter Welch and Senator Chris Coons, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
During the meeting, they reviewed the friendly relations between the two countries and discussed several issues of mutual interest.
Attending the meeting were the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United States, Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Political Affairs Advisor to the Foreign Minister, Prince Musab bin Mohammed Al Farhan, Foreign Minister Advisor Mohammed Al Yahya, and the Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Manal Radwan.
