كشفت مصادر خاصة لـ«عكاظ» عن توصل الأطراف المتقدمة بملفات الاستحواذ على حصص ملكية في شركة نادي النصر إلى اتفاق يقضي بتوحيد الجهود والعمل ضمن ملف واحد، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز فرص نجاح المشروع وتحقيق أعلى درجات الاستقرار للنادي خلال المرحلة القادمة.
وبحسب المصادر، فقد جمع اجتماع خاص مساء أمس الأمير سعود بن حسام، الذي يقود أحد ملفات الاستحواذ، ورجل الأعمال محمد الخريجي ممثلاً لشركة الوسائل، إلى جانب مشاركة النجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو عبر ممثل له، وناقش المجتمعون مستقبل الاستثمار في النادي وآليات العمل خلال الفترة القادمة.
وأكدت المصادر أن الاجتماع انتهى إلى اتفاق كامل على توحيد الملفين في كيان واحد، والعمل بروح الشراكة بعيداً عن تعدد المبادرات، على أن تكون مصلحة النصر الهدف الرئيسي الذي يجمع جميع الأطراف.
وأوضحت المصادر أن المجتمعين اتفقوا على البدء في الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة، ومخاطبة الجهات المختصة وفي مقدمتها صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، لاستكمال المتطلبات المتعلقة بالملف الموحد، تمهيداً لبدء الخطوات الرسمية الخاصة بعملية الاستحواذ إضافة إلى السعي لحل المشاكل المالية التي يعاني منها النادي عبر إيجاد مداخيل إضافية من خلال التوقيع مع عدد من الشركات الراعية التي بدأت بإعلان التوقيع اليوم مع شركة «هيوماين» راعياً رسمياً للنصر هذا الموسم، وسيطلق اسم الشركة الراعية على ملعب «دار النصر» في مقره الجديد.
وأضافت المصادر أن الاتفاق جاء بعد سلسلة من النقاشات والمشاورات خلال الفترة الماضية، انتهت إلى قناعة مشتركة بأن توحيد الإمكانات والخبرات والقدرات الاستثمارية سيعزز من فرص نجاح المشروع، ويسهم في بناء نموذج استثماري قادر على دعم النادي مالياً وإدارياً ورياضياً على المدى الطويل.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن الأطراف المشاركة أبدت رغبة واضحة في العمل المشترك، مع التأكيد على أن المرحلة القادمة تتطلب تكاتف جميع الجهود لخدمة النصر وتعزيز مكانته، بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات تطوير القطاع الرياضي ورفع كفاءة الاستثمار في الأندية السعودية.

According to the sources, a special meeting held last night brought together Prince Saud bin Hussam, who leads one of the acquisition files, and businessman Mohammed Al-Khuraiji representing Al-Wasael Company, along with the participation of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo through a representative, to discuss the future of investment in the club and the mechanisms of work in the coming period.
The sources confirmed that the meeting concluded with a complete agreement to unify the two files into one entity and to work in a spirit of partnership away from multiple initiatives, with the interest of Al-Nasr being the main goal that unites all parties.
The sources indicated that the attendees agreed to start the necessary regulatory procedures and to communicate with the relevant authorities, led by the Public Investment Fund, to complete the requirements related to the unified file, in preparation for starting the official steps related to the acquisition process, in addition to seeking to resolve the financial problems faced by the club by finding additional revenues through signing with several sponsoring companies, which began announcing their agreements today, including "Humane" as an official sponsor for Al-Nasr this season, with the sponsor's name to be launched on the "Dar Al-Nasr" stadium at its new location.
The sources added that the agreement came after a series of discussions and consultations over the past period, which led to a shared conviction that unifying resources, expertise, and investment capabilities would enhance the chances of success for the project and contribute to building an investment model capable of financially, administratively, and athletically supporting the club in the long term.
The sources pointed out that the participating parties expressed a clear desire for joint work, emphasizing that the upcoming phase requires the collaboration of all efforts to serve Al-Nasr and enhance its position, in line with the objectives of developing the sports sector and improving investment efficiency in Saudi clubs.
