رفع أمين منطقة الباحة الدكتور علي بن محمد السواط، التهاني إلى خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وإلى ولي عهده الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وإلى أمير منطقة الباحة الأمير الدكتور حسام بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، بمناسبة اليوم الوطني الـ95 للمملكة العربية السعودية. وأكد السواط، أنه من موقعه مسؤولاً، ومن مواطنته، يشعر بالفخر والاعتزاز بمرور 95 عاماً من الرخاء والنماء والازدهار في ظل القيادة الرشيدة والسياسات الحكيمة التي أسهمت في بناء الإنسان قبل تنمية المكان، لافتاً إلى أن هويّة اليوم الوطني المتمثلة في «عزّنا بطبعنا»، تعبّر تعبيراً صادقاً عما يسكن وجدان كل مواطن اعتنى بما غرسه فيه وطنه من أخلاق وقِيَم توارثتها الأجيال، وهو خُلق أصيل يتمظهر في تعامل السعوديين والسعوديات مع الأشقاء والأصدقاء الذين ألفوا زيارة بلادنا إما للعمل بها، أو للسياحة والاصطياف. وأضاف: السعودي لا يتكّلف المشاعر التي هي فيه طبع أصيل، فالأسرة والمجتمع ومؤسسات الدولة تعزز الصفات التي نشأنا عليها، وتأصلت في نمط حياتنا، ولذا انعكست في تعاملنا وتفاعلنا مع الآخرين داخل المملكة وخارجها، وغدت طباع وأخلاق ومبادئ السعوديين مضرب مثل، مشيراً إلى أنّ المواطن والمسؤول يتمتع بطباعٍ فُطِرَ عليها، ترافقه منذ ولادته، وتنمو في كنف وطن أرضه عطاء، وسماؤه نماء، ومنابره دعاء، ومجالس أهله تنضح بالبشر والبشاشة، وأفئدتهم تنبض بالكرم، والأصالة، والجود، ما يرفد الرؤية التي يقف الجميع معها كونها سبيل تحقيق نجاحاته.
وعدّ السواط مناسبة اليوم الوطني السعودي مناسبة وطنية خالدة في وعي المواطنين، ففي مثل هذا اليوم الـ23 من سبتمبر في العام 1932م، أينعت ثمار كفاح وجهاد وجهود الملك الموحد عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود (رحمه الله)، وبإعلان يومنا الوطني المجيد الذي توحدت البلاد والعباد تحت راية التوحيد، على عقيدة صافية ومنهاج الكتاب والسنة، وراية واحدة، وقيادة واحدة، وكلمة واحدة، شعارها الولاء والطاعة، ودثارها الانتماء والمحبة، مؤكداً أن الأمن والأمان أعظم مكتسبات وحدتنا الوطنية في ظل قيادتنا السعودية، مستعيداً ما تربّت عليه أجيال طيلة تسعة عقود، ففي المدارس كان العلم الخفّاق يرفرف والأعين والقلوب والألسن مع راية الوطن تردد أناشيد الوفاء والولاء والانتماء، إضافة إلى رفع العلم في مخيمات ومراكز الكشافة، والذي يملأ النفوس فخراً واعتزازاً.
ولفت إلى أنّ واجب المسؤولية من خلال قيادة أمانة منطقة الباحة للتنمية يحتّم على كل المنظومة مبادلة الحُبّ بالحُبّ والوفاء بالوفاء، والانطلاق نحو الأهداف التنموية المنشودة التي تحرص وزارة البلديات والإسكان على تحقيقها وفق رؤية تتمثل جودة الحياة، من خلال التخطيط العمراني، وتطوير البنية التحتية، والمرافق العامة، وتوفير وتطوير الحدائق والطرق، والإشراف على معايير النظافة، والصحة والسلامة، إضافة إلى تنظيم القطاع السكني وتطوير المساكن لتوفير بيئات سكنية أفضل.
وأبدى السواط سعادته بأن يكون على رأس فريق عمل نخبوي، يضاعف جهوده، ويعمل على مدار الساعة بجدّ وإخلاص، مثمناً جهود مجتمع الباحة، بدءاً من تعاون الأهالي، مروراً بإسهام القطاع الخاص في مشاريع التنمية، وليس انتهاء بمبادرات القطاع غير الربحي.

أوضح أمين منطقة الباحة الدكتور علي بن محمد السواط، أن الأمانة والبلديات ستتولى تنظيم الفعاليات الرسمية، بالتعاون مع كافة الجهات، لافتاً إلى استكمال الاستعدادات لتنفيذ 118 فعالية في كافة المحافظات والمدن والمراكز، بمشاركة الأهالي، مشيراً إلى تأكيد أمير منطقة الباحة على تنفيذ فعاليات في 20 قرية تراثية بالمنطقة، ومنها قرى المندق، والأطاولة، وذي عين، وآل موسى، ورغدان، والملد، والعبادل، وسوق السبت، ما يتيح للمجتمع المحلي الإسهام والمشاركة بكل أطيافه ومراحله العمرية، إضافة إلى المزارع الريفية.
تجهيز 148 منتزهاً و50 ممشى و47 ساحة و45 مسرحاً
أكد أمين منطقة الباحة، اكتمال تجهيز 148 منتزهاً، و50 ممشى، و47 ساحة بلدية، و45 مسرحاً لاستقبال الأهالي والزوار من خارج المنطقة، لحضور فعاليات اليوم الوطني، والإسهام فيه، مضيفاً أنه تم تركيب 37 ألف علم، و140 لوحة تحمل صور ولاة الأمر، وتزف التهنئة لقيادتنا بهذه المناسبة، فيما تمت إضاءة 50 شاشة كبرى، ومدّ 16 ألف متر طولي من الإضاءة الخضراء في مدينة الباحة وكافة المحافظات، مبدياً سعادته بتفاعل المقيمين مع السعوديين في هذه المناسبة، ما يؤكد نقاء مشاعر الأشقاء والأصدقاء الذين يقيمون في مناطق المملكة تجاه وطننا.
حفل اليوم الوطني مساء اليوم في منتزه الأمير حسام
تقيم أمانة منطقة الباحة حفل اليوم الوطني، مساء اليوم، برعاية أمير منطقة الباحة الأمير الدكتور حسام بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، في المسرح المفتوح، الذي يستوعب 3 آلاف شخص، فيما يتسع المنتزه لأكثر من 50 ألف زائر. ويبدأ البرنامج عقب صلاة المغرب بإقامة فعاليات وطنية للأطفال منها المرسم الحُرّ، وفقرة الدُّمى، وعقب صلاة العشاء يقام الحفل الخطابي متضمناً قصائد وأوبريتاً غنائياً، والعرضة السعودية، والعرضة الجنوبية، ثم تطلق الألعاب النارية الساعة التاسعة، فيما تقوم الأمانة بمبادرات، منها زيارة المرضى في المستشفيات، وأكد السواط استعداد كافة الجهات بالخدمات اللوجستية وفرق الطوارئ تحسباً لهطول الأمطار خلال اليومين القادمين.

The Secretary of the Al-Baha Region, Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Suwat, extended his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to the Emir of the Al-Baha Region, Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of the 95th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Suwat emphasized that, from his position as a responsible individual and as a citizen, he feels pride and honor in the passage of 95 years of prosperity, growth, and flourishing under wise leadership and sound policies that contributed to building the human being before developing the place. He pointed out that the identity of the National Day, represented in "Our Pride is in Our Nature," sincerely expresses what resides in the hearts of every citizen who cherishes the morals and values instilled in him by his homeland, which have been passed down through generations. This is an inherent character that manifests in the interactions of Saudis with their brothers and friends who have become accustomed to visiting our country either for work or for tourism and recreation. He added: A Saudi does not feign feelings that are part of his innate nature; the family, society, and state institutions reinforce the traits we were raised on, which have become rooted in our way of life. Thus, they reflect in our dealings and interactions with others both inside and outside the Kingdom, and the character, morals, and principles of Saudis have become a model to emulate. He noted that both the citizen and the official possess innate traits that accompany them from birth, growing in the embrace of a homeland whose land is bountiful, its sky is flourishing, its platforms are for prayer, and the gatherings of its people overflow with joy and cheerfulness, with their hearts beating with generosity, authenticity, and giving, which supports the vision that everyone stands with as a means to achieve success.
Al-Suwat considered the Saudi National Day a timeless national occasion in the consciousness of citizens. On this day, September 23, in the year 1932, the fruits of the struggle, jihad, and efforts of the unifying King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud (may God have mercy on him) blossomed, with the announcement of our glorious National Day, under which the country and its people united under the banner of monotheism, on a pure creed and the methodology of the Book and the Sunnah, with one flag, one leadership, and one word, whose slogan is loyalty and obedience, and whose cloak is belonging and love. He affirmed that security and safety are the greatest gains of our national unity under our Saudi leadership, recalling what generations have been raised on for nine decades. In schools, the fluttering flag of knowledge waved, and eyes, hearts, and tongues echoed the national anthem of loyalty, allegiance, and belonging alongside the flag of the homeland, in addition to raising the flag in camps and scouting centers, which fills souls with pride and honor.
He pointed out that the duty of responsibility through leading the Al-Baha Region Municipality for development necessitates that the entire system reciprocate love with love and loyalty with loyalty, and to embark on the desired developmental goals that the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is keen to achieve in accordance with a vision that embodies quality of life, through urban planning, infrastructure development, public facilities, and providing and developing parks and roads, overseeing cleanliness, health, and safety standards, in addition to organizing the housing sector and developing residences to provide better living environments.
Al-Suwat expressed his happiness to be at the head of an elite working team that doubles its efforts and works around the clock with diligence and sincerity, appreciating the efforts of the Al-Baha community, starting from the cooperation of the citizens, through the contributions of the private sector in development projects, and not ending with the initiatives of the non-profit sector.

Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Suwat, the Secretary of the Al-Baha Region, clarified that the municipality and the municipalities will organize the official events in collaboration with all relevant entities, noting that preparations are complete to implement 118 events in all provinces, cities, and centers, with the participation of the citizens. He pointed out that the Emir of the Al-Baha Region has confirmed the implementation of events in 20 heritage villages in the region, including the villages of Al-Mandq, Al-Atawlah, Dhai Ain, Al-Musa, Raghadan, Al-Mald, Al-Abadel, and Souq Al-Sabt, which allows the local community to contribute and participate from all its segments and age groups, in addition to rural farms.
Preparation of 148 Parks, 50 Walkways, 47 Squares, and 45 Stages
The Secretary of the Al-Baha Region confirmed the completion of the preparation of 148 parks, 50 walkways, 47 municipal squares, and 45 stages to welcome citizens and visitors from outside the region to attend and participate in the National Day events. He added that 37,000 flags have been installed, along with 140 boards bearing the images of the leaders, congratulating our leadership on this occasion, while 50 large screens have been illuminated, and 16,000 linear meters of green lighting have been installed in the city of Al-Baha and all provinces, expressing his happiness with the interaction of residents with Saudis on this occasion, which confirms the purity of the feelings of brothers and friends residing in the regions of the Kingdom towards our homeland.
National Day Celebration Tonight at Prince Hussam Park
The Al-Baha Region Municipality is holding the National Day celebration tonight, under the patronage of the Emir of the Al-Baha Region, Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, at the open theater, which accommodates 3,000 people, while the park can accommodate more than 50,000 visitors. The program will begin after the Maghrib prayer with national activities for children, including free painting and puppet shows. After the Isha prayer, a ceremonial event will be held, including poems, a musical operetta, the Saudi Arda, and the Southern Arda, followed by fireworks at 9 PM. The municipality is also undertaking initiatives, including visiting patients in hospitals, and Al-Suwat confirmed the readiness of all entities with logistical services and emergency teams in anticipation of rainfall over the next two days.
