حقّقت المملكة ممثلةً بمنظومة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية، إنجازاً جديداً بفوزها بعضوية مجلسي الإدارة والاستثمار بالاتحاد البريدي العالمي (UPU)، تأكيداً على حضورها الدولي الفاعل، ودورها الريادي في تطوير قطاع البريد، وتعزيز مكانته إقليميّاً وعالميّاً.
قفزات نوعية
ويأتي هذا الفوز امتداداً لما حققته المملكة من قفزات نوعية عبر الإستراتيجية الوطنية للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية ورؤية 2030، التي ركَّزت على التحول الرقمي والتكامل البريدي، وتطوير البنية التحتية، وترسيخ موقع المملكة بصفتها مركزاً لوجستيّاً عالميّاً، يُسهم في تعزيز حركة التجارة والخدمات اللوجستية عالميّاً.
ويؤكد هذا المنجز ثقة المجتمع الدولي في التجربة الرائدة للمملكة، وما حققته من خطوات ملموسة، أسهمت في الارتقاء بخدمات البريد، إلى جانب تبنيها أفضل الممارسات والمعايير العالمية في هذا القطاع الحيوي.

ويُجسد فوز المملكة بعضوية مقعدين في الاتحاد البريدي العالمي إمكاناتها الكبيرة في تعزيز الشراكات النوعية مع الدول الأعضاء، وتوسيع آفاق التعاون الدولي، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب العالمية، بما يُسهم في تطوير القطاع البريدي، وتعزيز حضوره على الصعيد الدولي
The Kingdom has achieved a new milestone through its transportation and logistics services system by winning membership in the Boards of Directors and Investment of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), confirming its active international presence and its leading role in developing the postal sector and enhancing its status regionally and globally.
Qualitative Leap
This victory is an extension of the qualitative leaps the Kingdom has made through the National Strategy for Transportation and Logistics Services and Vision 2030, which focused on digital transformation, postal integration, infrastructure development, and establishing the Kingdom's position as a global logistics hub that contributes to enhancing global trade and logistics services.
