Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the city of Jeddah will host the events of the "Hajj Conference and Exhibition" in its fifth edition from November 9 to 12, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Guests of Allah Service Program, under the slogan: "From Mecca to the World".

The holding of the fifth edition continues the successes achieved by previous editions of the conference, where the fourth edition recorded an exceptional attendance of over 120,000 visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom. It also witnessed the participation of more than 220 exhibitors from 137 countries, resulting in the signing of over 670 cooperation agreements, which directly reflected on the quality of services provided to pilgrims and contributed to improving their experience during the last Hajj season.

The conference program includes more than 80 sessions and 60 specialized workshops with the participation of a number of academics, researchers, Hajj affairs offices, and diplomatic missions, in addition to more than 2,400 trainees from various parts of the world.

The "King Abdulaziz Foundation" participates in the fifth edition with a pivotal role in enriching the general program of the conference by holding a scientific and cultural forum titled: "Forum on the History of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques"; to highlight the historical and cultural dimensions of Hajj and the development of the Two Holy Mosques throughout Islamic history, and to explore the possibilities offered by modern technologies in documenting the Hajj experience and the Two Holy Mosques and presenting it through interactive digital media, contributing to enhancing cultural and civilizational awareness in the fields of Hajj and its rich history.

During its four days, the conference reflects the comprehensiveness of the Hajj system through the participation of wide sectors including travel and tourism, transportation, communications, health, catering, hotels, technology, insurance, crowd management, logistics services, and others. The non-profit sector also participates through initiatives and cooperative institutions that contribute to providing innovative solutions that support the development of services and enhance sustainability.

Alongside the conference, a concurrent exhibition will be held over an area exceeding 52,000 square meters, featuring more than 260 exhibitors from various countries around the world. It will also host an "Innovation Zone" showcasing innovations from 15 startups and entrepreneurs competing in three qualitative challenges to provide pioneering solutions that serve the future of Hajj services, with the exhibition expected to witness the signing of several agreements and strategic partnerships that enhance the integration of efforts and the development of services.

The ministry confirmed that the "Hajj Conference and Exhibition" represents a global platform for exchanging experiences and showcasing the latest solutions and technologies, as well as an opportunity to build impactful partnerships between government entities and the private and non-profit sectors locally and internationally. It is also the only international event of its kind specialized in the development and innovation of the Hajj system, enhancing integration among the sectors concerned with serving the Guests of Allah.
