توشحت أبرز أبراج مدن المملكة علمَي السعودية وباكستان؛ احتفاءً بتوقيع البلدين «اتفاقية الدفاع الإستراتيجي المشترك»، على هامش زيارة رئيس وزراء جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية محمد شهباز شريف للمملكة، مساء أمس (الأربعاء)، وأضاءت أبرز المعالم في عدد من مناطق المملكة بألوان علمَي السعودية وباكستان، في مشهد واكب مظاهر الابتهاج الشعبي بتوقيع الاتفاقية.
وتأتي مظاهر الاحتفاء بتوقيع «اتفاقية الدفاع الإستراتيجي المشترك» تأكيداً على عمق العلاقات التاريخية الممتدة لنحو 78 عاماً، بين المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، وتعكس روابط الأخوّة والتضامن الإسلامي الذي يجمع البلدين حكومةً وشعباً.
The prominent towers in the cities of the Kingdom were adorned with the flags of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, in celebration of the signing of the "Joint Strategic Defense Agreement" on the sidelines of the visit of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, to the Kingdom last night (Wednesday). The most notable landmarks in several regions of the Kingdom were illuminated in the colors of the flags of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, in a scene that accompanied the expressions of public joy at the signing of the agreement.
The celebrations for the signing of the "Joint Strategic Defense Agreement" come as a confirmation of the depth of the historical relations that have lasted for nearly 78 years between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. They reflect the bonds of brotherhood and Islamic solidarity that unite the two countries, both in government and among the people.
