أطلق التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا» واجهته الجديدة للمستخدمين، في خطوة نوعية تستهدف تحسين تجربة أكثر من 34 مليون مستخدم وتعزيز استفادتهم من الخدمات الرقمية اليومية، عبر تصميم مبتكر للتطبيق يلتقي مع أحدث الميزات التقنية ويخلق تجربة استثنائية للمستخدم، بما يواكب تطور جهود التحول الرقمي بالمملكة، ويضمن الارتقاء بها إلى الريادة ضمن الاقتصادات القائمة على البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
وتتميز الواجهة الجديدة لتطبيق توكلنا بتصميم فني جاذب يجمع التقنية والألوان وسلاسة التصفح، إذ أعيدت هيكلة القوائم والتصنيفات، وقُلل عدد الخطوات للوصول إلى الخدمات بشكل أسرع وأسهل، بما يحفظ الوقت والجهد، ويسهم في رفع كفاءة الاستخدام وضمان سرعة الوصول إلى الاحتياجات اليومية التي يقدمها التطبيق، ولا سيما مع تنامي استخدامه رفيقا يوميّا للمواطن والمقيم والزائر والسائح داخل المملكة.
وشملت التحديثات حزمة من التحسينات التطويرية، منها إضافة تصنيفات متعددة لتسهيل الوصول لخدمات الجهات، مع إتاحة مواقيت الصلاة في جميع دول العالم، إضافة إلى توفير العديد من الخصائص الذكية مثل إمكانية نسخ الأرقام، والاستماع وترجمة الرسالة بأي لغة مع إمكانية ترجمتها إلى سبع لغات حيّة، بما يضمن تجربة أكثر سلاسة وموثوقية، ويعزز مستوى التفاعل مع أكثر من 1000 خدمة من الخدمات المتاحة عبر التطبيق.
ودعا التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا» جميع المستفيدين إلى تحديث نسخة التطبيق عبر متاجر الأجهزة الذكية على (Google Play) و(App Store) و(App Gallery) للاستفادة من المزايا والتحسينات والخصائص التفاعلية الجديدة؛ تعزيزا لتجربتهم وفق أعلى معايير الأمان والخصوصية، وبوصفه منصة موحّدة وآمنة وشاملة للخدمات الرقمية في المملكة، أسهمت في تحسين جودة الحياة عبر تسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات الحكومية في مختلف المجالات التنموية والحيوية.
The comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna" has launched its new interface for users, in a qualitative step aimed at improving the experience of more than 34 million users and enhancing their benefit from daily digital services, through an innovative design that incorporates the latest technical features and creates an exceptional user experience, in line with the evolving efforts of digital transformation in the Kingdom, and ensuring its elevation to leadership among data-driven and artificial intelligence-based economies.
The new interface of the Tawakkalna application features an attractive artistic design that combines technology, colors, and smooth browsing. The menus and categories have been restructured, and the number of steps to access services has been reduced for faster and easier access, saving time and effort, and contributing to increased efficiency of use and ensuring quick access to the daily needs provided by the application, especially with the growing use of it as a daily companion for citizens, residents, visitors, and tourists within the Kingdom.
The updates included a package of developmental improvements, including the addition of multiple categories to facilitate access to services from various entities, along with providing prayer times in all countries of the world. Additionally, many smart features have been made available, such as the ability to copy numbers, listen to, and translate messages into any language with the option to translate into seven live languages, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience, and enhancing interaction with over 1000 services available through the application.
The comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna" has called on all beneficiaries to update the application version via smart device stores on (Google Play), (App Store), and (App Gallery) to benefit from the new features, improvements, and interactive characteristics; enhancing their experience according to the highest standards of security and privacy, and as a unified, secure, and comprehensive platform for digital services in the Kingdom, contributing to improving the quality of life by facilitating access to government services in various developmental and vital fields.
