وسط حزن شديد شيعت جموع غفيرة عصر اليوم في قرية اللقية بمركز القفل بمحافظة صامطة جثمان المعلمة فاخرة غروي، إحدى ضحايا حادثة المعلمات في جبال آل سلمى بني مالك الداير بجازان، وتمت الصلاة والدفن في مقبرة القرية بجوار الخزان.
وعبر ذوو المعلمة عن حزنهم الشديد لوفاتها في الحادث المأساوي الذي حدث لها وزميلاتها أثناء ذهابهن للمدرسة لأداء عملهن في محافظة الداير.
تعليق الدراسة
من جهته، قرر قسم الأمن والسلامة إغلاق المدرسة بسبب الأحوال الجوية، وأقفل مجمع مدرسة آل يحيى وزيدان للبنات أبوابه اليوم حزناً على وفاة 4 معلمات ذهبن ضحية حادث انقلاب المركبة التي تقلهن إلى المدرسة، فيما لا تزال معلمتان في حالة حرجة في مستشفى الملك فهد بجازان، وخيم الحزن العميق على طالبات المدرسة وفضلن عدم الحضور اليوم.
حزن عميق يخيم على زميلات العمل
وتركت وفاة المعلمات الراحلات عن الدنيا حزناً عميقاً في نفوس زميلاتهن اللاتي أشدن بهن في الانضباط والأخلاق والتفاني في العمل.
وقلن عن المعلمة نورة طوهوي تخصص أحياء، التي ذهبت ضحية الحادث، والتي تحضر يومياً من محافظة أحد المسارحة إلى محافظة الداير، إنها تركت خلفها 3 بنات، وذكريات جميلة، وتعرف بأخلاقها الكريمة، كما عرف عنها الإخلاص والاجتهاد والمثابرة، وقد تم تعيينها على النظام المكاني عام 1444هـ معلمة أحياء في المدرسة.
فيما المعلمة جميلة عطيف معلمة الفيزياء التي فارقت الحياة إثر الحادث الأليم، كانت تأتي يومياً من قرية العروس جنوب محافظة أبو عريش، حافظة للقرآن، مثابرة في عملها، ولا تعرف للتعب طريقاً، وتم تعيينها في عام 1446هـ ورحلت تاركة خلفها 4 أولاد لازالوا بحاجة لحنان الأم.
فاخرة غروي تخصص كيمياء التي تم تعيينها في المدرسة عام 1446هـ، فضلت الصفوف الأولية لتدرّسهم، وتحضر يومياً من قرية اللقية في محافظة صامطة، وقبل الحادث بأيام كانت تتمنى أن يرزقها الله بطفل، لكنها توفيت ولم يتحقق لها حلم الأمومة.
أما المعلمة شريفة محمد علي آل براهيم انتظرت التعيين عدة سنوات، وتعد هذه السنة هي الأولى لها في التعليم، لكن لم تكتمل فرحتها، ولم تكمل حتى شهراً على تعيينها حتى توفاها الأجل، لم تحصل على راتبها الشهري لأنها فارقت الحياة قبل موعده.
«حضوري» لا يتناسب مع المناطق النائية
العديد من المغردين في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي شددوا على أهمية مراعاة المعلمين والمعلمات في تطبيق برنامج حضوري الذي لا يتناسب مع المعلمات في المناطق النائية لاسيما أن البعض منهم يقطع مسافات طويلة في الوصول إلى المدارس.
وأكد المغردون أن الحوادث التي حصلت على بعض منسوبي التعليم في المناطق النائية كان سببها السرعة للوصول إلى مقر العمل قبل انتهاء الوقت المحدد للحضور.
Amid deep sorrow, a large crowd bid farewell today in the village of Al-Luqiah in the Al-Qafl center of Samta Governorate to the body of teacher Fakhira Gharwi, one of the victims of the teachers' incident in the Al-Salma Mountains in Bani Malik Al-Dayer, Jazan. The relatives of the teacher expressed their profound sadness over her death in the tragic accident that occurred to her and her colleagues while they were on their way to school to perform their duties in Al-Dayer Governorate.
School Closure
For its part, the Department of Security and Safety decided to close the school due to the weather conditions, and the Al-Yahya and Zaidan Girls' School complex closed its doors today in mourning for the four teachers who fell victim to the vehicle overturning accident that was transporting them to school. Meanwhile, two teachers remain in critical condition at King Fahd Hospital in Jazan, and deep sorrow enveloped the schoolgirls, who preferred not to attend today.
Deep Sorrow Among Colleagues
The death of the departed teachers left a profound sadness in the hearts of their colleagues, who praised them for their discipline, morals, and dedication to their work.
They spoke of teacher Nora Tawhawi, a biology specialist, who fell victim to the accident and traveled daily from the Ahad Al-Masarihah Governorate to Al-Dayer Governorate. They said she left behind three daughters and beautiful memories, known for her noble character, as well as her dedication, hard work, and perseverance. She was appointed under the spatial system in 1444 AH as a biology teacher at the school.
Meanwhile, teacher Jamila Atif, a physics teacher who passed away due to the tragic accident, came daily from the Al-Arous village south of Abu Arish Governorate, a Quran memorizer, diligent in her work, and unaware of the path of fatigue. She was appointed in 1446 AH and left behind four children who still need their mother's affection.
Fakhira Gharwi, a chemistry specialist who was appointed at the school in 1446 AH, preferred to teach the early grades and traveled daily from the village of Al-Luqiah in Samta Governorate. Just days before the accident, she wished for God to bless her with a child, but she passed away without realizing her dream of motherhood.
As for teacher Sharifa Muhammad Ali Al-Ibrahim, she waited several years for her appointment, and this year was her first in teaching. However, her joy was not complete, as she did not even complete a month after her appointment before her time came. She did not receive her monthly salary because she passed away before its due date.
“My Attendance” Does Not Suit Remote Areas
Many social media users emphasized the importance of considering teachers in the implementation of the attendance program, which does not suit teachers in remote areas, especially since some of them travel long distances to reach schools.
Users confirmed that the accidents that occurred to some education staff in remote areas were caused by the speed to reach the workplace before the designated attendance time ended.
