انتهت أمس (الإثنين)، الفترة الزمنية المحددة لتطبيق القرار الوزاري المتعلق بحظر العمل تحت أشعة الشمس على جميع المنشآت، الذي استمر ثلاثة أشهر، ابتداءً من الأحد 15 يونيو 2025م، حتى الإثنين الموافق 15 سبتمبر 2025م، من 12 ظهرًا إلى 3 مساءً، للحفاظ على سلامة وصحة العاملين، وتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية لهم، وفقًا لاشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
وكشفت وزارة الموارد البشرية امتثال المنشآت لهذا العام (94%)، حيث نفَّذت (29,121) زيارة ميدانية وعددًا من الحملات الرقابية لمتابعة تطبيق القرار، فيما بلغ عدد المخالفات المرصودة (2414) مخالفة، كما شملت الحملات الرقابية الاستجابة للبلاغات الواردة للوزارة البالغ عددها (325) بلاغًا.

The period specified for implementing the ministerial decision regarding the ban on working under direct sunlight in all establishments ended yesterday (Monday). This period lasted three months, starting from Sunday, June 15, 2025, until Monday, September 15, 2025, from 12 PM to 3 PM, to ensure the safety and health of workers and to provide a safe and healthy work environment for them, in accordance with occupational safety and health requirements.
The Ministry of Human Resources revealed that compliance among establishments this year was 94%, as it conducted 29,121 field visits and a number of monitoring campaigns to follow up on the implementation of the decision. The number of recorded violations reached 2,414, and the monitoring campaigns also included responses to the 325 reports received by the ministry.
