أجازت قواعد تحديد درجات إركاب الموظفين والعاملين في الأجهزة العامة من مدنيين وعسكريين للمسؤول الأول في الجهاز العام إركاب الموظف أو العامل الذي يمثل المملكة في وفد رسمي أو يرافق وفداً رسميّاً على درجة إركاب أعلى من المقررة له.
تحديد درجات الإركاب
ووفقاً للقواعد المنشورة في صحيفة أم القرى، تضمنت تحديد درجات الإركاب للموظفين والعاملين في الأجهزة العامة من مدنيين وعسكريين، بحيث تكون الدرجة السياحية لموظفي المرتبة الحادية عشرة فما دون، ودرجة الأعمال للمراتب من الثانية عشرة حتى الرابعة عشرة، والدرجة الأولى للمراتب الخامسة عشرة وما فوق. وفي حال عدم توفر الدرجة المحددة، يُعتمد ما دونها وفق التسلسل الوارد.
ونصت القواعد على أن الموظف أو العامل المكلّف على مرتبة غير مرتبته، يسافر بالدرجة المقررة للمرتبة المكلّف بها.
وشكّل القرار لجنة في وزارة المالية تضم ممثلين من وزارات وهيئات حكومية عدة، تتولى إصدار الضوابط والآليات التفصيلية، بما في ذلك معادلة درجات الإركاب وتحديد وسيلة النقل ذات الأولوية عند تعدد الخيارات، إضافة إلى البت في أي حالة أو إشكال يطرأ عند التطبيق.
The regulations for determining the travel classes for employees and workers in public agencies, both civilian and military, allow the head of the public agency to assign a higher travel class to an employee or worker representing the Kingdom in an official delegation or accompanying an official delegation.
Determining Travel Classes
According to the rules published in the Umm al-Qura newspaper, the travel classes for employees and workers in public agencies, both civilian and military, have been specified as follows: the economy class for employees in the eleventh grade and below, the business class for grades from twelfth to fourteenth, and first class for grades fifteen and above. In the event that the specified class is not available, the next lower class will be adopted according to the sequence provided.
The regulations state that an employee or worker assigned to a rank different from their own will travel in the class designated for the rank they are assigned to.
The decision formed a committee in the Ministry of Finance that includes representatives from several ministries and government agencies, responsible for issuing detailed controls and mechanisms, including the equivalence of travel classes and determining the preferred mode of transportation when multiple options are available, in addition to resolving any cases or issues that arise during implementation.
