أكد نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، أن الخطاب الملكي الذي ألقاه نيابةً عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز في افتتاح أعمال السنة الثانية من الدورة التاسعة لمجلس الشورى، تميّز بالرسوخ والشمولية والوضوح، وسلّط الضوء على السياسة الداخلية والخارجية للمملكة ونهجها الثابت في التعامل مع شتى القضايا.
وأشار نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية إلى ما تضمّنه الخطاب من استعراض لمسيرة التنمية التي تعيشها البلاد، ويستشعر أثرها المواطن الذي يُعد المحرك الأول للتقدم وأساس النهضة الشاملة، مؤكداً أن ما تحمله رؤية السعودية 2030 من أهداف واستراتيجيات مستقبلية أسهم في تحقيق منجزات نوعية سيكون لها انعكاسات إيجابية على الوطن والمواطن.
وقال: «الخطاب الملكي الكريم رسم نهجاً واضحاً لمسيرتنا التنموية، يقوم على الحفاظ على الهوية والقيم الأصيلة للمملكة، والمضي قدماً في مسيرة التحديث والتطوير، بدعم من قيادة وضعت ثقتها بالمواطن ليكون شريكاً فاعلاً في صناعة مستقبل مشرق».
وأكد فخر كل مواطن بهذا الوطن وقيادته الثابتة على منهجها القويم وحرصها على تعزيز علاقاتها الدولية وإرساء دعائم السلام الدولي والوقوف مع الدول العربية والإسلامية.
وسأل المولى القدير أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده، ويمدّهما بالعون والتوفيق، وأن يديم على هذه البلاد أمنها ورخاءها واستقرارها.
The Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, confirmed that the royal speech delivered on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, at the opening of the second year of the ninth session of the Shura Council, was characterized by depth, comprehensiveness, and clarity, highlighting the Kingdom's domestic and foreign policy and its consistent approach to various issues.
The Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province pointed out the speech's review of the development journey that the country is experiencing, which citizens feel the impact of, as they are the primary drivers of progress and the foundation of comprehensive renaissance. He emphasized that the goals and future strategies encompassed in Saudi Vision 2030 have contributed to achieving qualitative accomplishments that will have positive repercussions on the nation and its citizens.
He stated: "The gracious royal speech outlined a clear path for our developmental journey, based on preserving the identity and core values of the Kingdom, while moving forward in the modernization and development process, supported by a leadership that has placed its trust in the citizen to be an active partner in shaping a bright future."
He affirmed the pride of every citizen in this nation and its steadfast leadership in its righteous approach and its commitment to enhancing international relations and establishing the foundations of international peace, standing with Arab and Islamic countries.
He asked the Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince, granting them assistance and success, and to sustain the security, prosperity, and stability of this country.
