أمير جازان يطلع على تقرير لجنة مراقبة عقارات الدولة

The Emir of the Jazan Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, met today in his office at the emirate with the Deputy Emir of the region, Walid bin Sultan Al-Sunaai, and the Assistant Deputy Emir for Rights, Dr. Badah bin Khalif Al-Shammari.

During the meeting, the Emir of Jazan reviewed a report from the committee assigned by the Emir of the region to address the observations mentioned in the report of the main committee for monitoring state properties and removing encroachments at the emirate. The report included the efforts of the committee and the subsidiary entities in the governorates and centers, as well as the measures taken to address the previous observations in the semi-annual report of the committee across various governorates and centers in the region, in addition to the approved plans and executive programs in cooperation with the relevant authorities.

Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz listened to a detailed explanation from the head of the main committee for monitoring state properties and removing encroachments at the emirate, Ahmed bin Jaber Al-Aqdi, about what has been accomplished during the past period in terms of cleaning, landscaping, and clearing the waterways, bridges, and culverts in preparation for the rainy season and to prevent the diversion of waterways from their natural paths, ensuring the safety of lives and properties.

Measures Taken to Remove Encroachments

The explanation covered the measures taken to remove encroachments and apply the regulations and instructions against violators to ensure the protection of government lands and the preservation of public properties.

The Emir of the Jazan Region praised the efforts of the main committee for monitoring state properties and removing encroachments, as well as its subsidiary committees in the governorates and centers, and the efforts of the participating entities. He emphasized the importance of doubling fieldwork and continuous coordination, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership aimed at preserving the rights of the state and enhancing sustainable development in the region.
