أتاحت وزارة التعليم والمؤسسات التعليمية أكثر من (80) خدمة تعليمية عبر التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا»، يستفيد منها أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبة الجامعات والكليات التقنية، والمعلمون والطلاب والطالبات في التعليم العام بدءاً من العام الدراسي الجديد 1447هـ، بما يسهم في دعم العملية التعليمية وتيسير الوصول للخدمات التعليمية بكل يسر وسهولة عبر تطبيق «توكلنا».
وتقدم وزارة التعليم من خلال تطبيق «توكلنا» خدمة بيانات منصة «مدرستي»، ومتابعة التسجيل الإلكتروني، وشهادة التعريف بالطالب المنتظم، وكشف درجات أعمال السنة، وخدمة نقل الطلاب، والنتائج الدراسية، إضافة إلى الخدمات التي تدعم متابعة التحصيل الدراسي مثل؛ نتائج الاختبارات، إلى جانب خدمة بطاقات الطالب التي تمكّن من استعراض بيانات القيد الدراسي بشكل رقمي.
خدمة التقويم الدراسي
ويوفر «توكلنا» خدمة التقويم الدراسي في «تقويم توكلنا» التي تتيح للطلاب وأولياء الأمور متابعة مواعيد الفصول الدراسية والإجازات، بما يسهم في تمكين الطلبة من مواصلة التعلم داخل المدرسة وخارجها بكفاءة.
وتأتي هذه الجهود في إطار جهود التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا» بصفته منصة وطنية رقمية تُسخّر التقنيات الحديثة لدعم الجهات الحكومية، وتعزيز التكامل في ما بينها من خلال تسهيل الوصول لخدماتها بشكل آمن وموثوق، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 الرامية إلى تحقيق التحول الرقمي في المملكة.
The Ministry of Education and educational institutions have made available more than (80) educational services through the comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna," benefiting faculty members, university and technical college students, as well as teachers and students in general education starting from the new academic year 1447 AH, which contributes to supporting the educational process and facilitating access to educational services with ease and convenience through the "Tawakkalna" application.
The Ministry of Education, through the "Tawakkalna" application, provides the "Madrasati" platform data service, electronic registration tracking, a certificate of identification for regular students, a report card for the academic year, a student transfer service, and academic results, in addition to services that support monitoring academic achievement such as test results, along with a student card service that allows for viewing enrollment data digitally.
Academic Calendar Service
"Tawakkalna" offers the academic calendar service in the "Tawakkalna Calendar," which allows students and parents to follow the dates of school terms and holidays, contributing to enabling students to continue learning both inside and outside the school efficiently.
These efforts come as part of the comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna," as a national digital platform that harnesses modern technologies to support government entities and enhance integration among them by facilitating secure and reliable access to their services, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at achieving digital transformation in the Kingdom.
