دعت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني إلى أخذ الحيطة والحذر، وضرورة البقاء في أماكن آمنة والابتعاد عن أماكن تجمُّع السيول والأودية وعدم السباحة فيها، والالتزام بالتعليمات المعلنة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك لاستمرار هطول الأمطار الرعدية على بعض مناطق المملكة، حتى يوم الخميس القادم.
وأوضحت أن منطقة مكة المكرمة ستتأثر بأمطار متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، تشمل الطائف وميسان وأضم والعرضيات والمويه وتربة والخرمة ورنية والليث والقنفذة، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة على العاصمة المقدسة والجموم والكامل وبحرة.
وأشارت المديرية إلى أن مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ستتأثر بأمطار متوسطة إلى غزيرة، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة على مناطق المدينة المنورة والرياض ونجران.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has called for caution and the necessity to stay in safe places, avoiding areas where floods and valleys gather, and not swimming in them. It also emphasized the importance of adhering to the instructions announced through various media outlets and social media platforms, due to the continued occurrence of thunderstorm rains in some regions of the Kingdom until next Thursday.
It clarified that the Makkah region will be affected by moderate to heavy rains, leading to the flow of floods, hail, and downward winds stirring up dust and sand, including Taif, Maysan, Adham, Al-Ardiyat, Al-Muwayh, Turbah, Al-Khurmah, Rania, Al-Lith, and Al-Qunfudhah, with light to moderate rains expected in the Holy Capital, Al-Jamum, Al-Kamil, and Bahra.
The directorate pointed out that the regions of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha will be affected by moderate to heavy rains, with light to moderate rains expected in the regions of Medina, Riyadh, and Najran.
