علمت «عكاظ» أن مركز التدريب العدلي يتجه إلى خفض المقابل المالي لبرامجه المهنية بنسبة تصل إلى 50%، وذلك تعزيزا لدوره في إعداد وتأهيل الكوادر العدلية وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وجذب المهتمين بالمسارات القانونية المتخصصة.
ويهدف المركز من خلال هذه المبادرة النوعية، إلى توسيع دائرة الاستفادة من البرامج التدريبية القانونية النوعية، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الممارسين القانونيين ودعم مسيرة العدالة الوقائية والجودة الموضوعية.
ويأتي التوجه ضمن جهود المركز لمواءمة برامجه مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، من خلال تيسير الوصول إلى التدريب المتخصص وتطوير الممارسات العدلية، ومن المنتظر أن يعلن المركز الأسبوع القادم عبر منصاته الإلكترونية عن التفاصيل الكاملة وآلية الاستفادة من هذا التخفيض.
وكان وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، رعى الأسبوع الماضي حفل تخريج دفعة ضمت 2900 متدرب ومتدربة من برنامج تأهيل المحامين والدبلوم العالي للمحاماة التي يقدمها مركز التدريب العدلي، وذلك في مدينة الرياض. وأكد وزير العدل أن الوزارة، وامتداداً لرؤية المملكة 2030، ماضية عبر مركز التدريب العدلي في إطلاق مبادرات نوعية تهدف إلى الارتقاء بالمستوى القانوني والمهني، وتجويد المخرجات القضائية، وترسيخ العدالة الوقائية. وذلك من خلال برامج متخصصة، مثل برنامج تأهيل المحامين، والدبلوم العالي للدراسات القضائية، ودبلومات القانون الجنائي والمدني.
يذكر أن مركز التدريب العدلي يعد منصة رائدة في مجال التأهيل والتدريب القانوني، يساهم في بناء المنظومة العدلية وتطويرها، عبر برامج تأهيلية وتدريبية عالية الجودة، ومعايير مهنية معتمدة، تعزز من موثوقيته، وترسخ مكانته محلياً ودولياً.

This direction is part of the center's efforts to align its programs with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by facilitating access to specialized training and developing judicial practices. The center is expected to announce next week via its electronic platforms the complete details and mechanisms for benefiting from this reduction.
Last week, Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani sponsored a graduation ceremony for a batch of 2,900 male and female trainees from the Lawyer Qualification Program and the Higher Diploma in Law offered by the Judicial Training Center in Riyadh. The Minister of Justice confirmed that the ministry, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, is moving forward through the Judicial Training Center to launch qualitative initiatives aimed at elevating the legal and professional level, improving judicial outcomes, and establishing preventive justice. This is through specialized programs, such as the Lawyer Qualification Program, the Higher Diploma in Judicial Studies, and diplomas in criminal and civil law.
It is worth mentioning that the Judicial Training Center is a leading platform in the field of legal qualification and training, contributing to building and developing the judicial system through high-quality qualification and training programs, and accredited professional standards that enhance its reliability and solidify its position locally and internationally.
