نظم فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بمنطقة جازان ورشة عمل مهمة بعنوان «الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والتعريف بالخدمات الزراعية في منصة نما»، التي افتتحها نائب مدير عام فرع الوزارة في جازان المهندس سامي أحمد حكمي وتهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بالخدمات المتاحة لذوي الإعاقة وتوفير معلومات وخدمات زراعية لهم وخصوصاً فئة الصم والبكم وتم خلال الورشة تدريب المشاركين على بعض المهارات الأساسية في الزراعة وطرق الاستفادة من الموارد الزراعية المتاحة.
وأكد مدير عام فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بمنطقة جازان المهندس محمد بن علي آل عطيف أهمية هذه المبادرات في تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من المشاركة الفعالة في المجتمع، مشيراً إلى أن الزراعة تعتبر من القطاعات التي يمكن أن توفر فرص عمل مستدامة لهم.
واختتمت الورشة بجلسة نقاش مفتوحة، وأتيحت الفرصة للمشاركين لطرح أسئلتهم ومقترحاتهم حول كيفية تحسين الخدمات المقدمة لهذه الفئة.
The branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in the Jazan region organized an important workshop titled "Persons with Disabilities and Introduction to Agricultural Services on the Nama Platform," which was inaugurated by the Deputy General Director of the ministry branch in Jazan, Engineer Sami Ahmed Hakami. The workshop aims to raise awareness of the services available to persons with disabilities and to provide agricultural information and services, especially for the deaf and mute community. During the workshop, participants were trained on some basic skills in agriculture and ways to benefit from the available agricultural resources.
The General Director of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in the Jazan region, Engineer Mohammed bin Ali Al Atif, emphasized the importance of these initiatives in empowering persons with disabilities to actively participate in society, noting that agriculture is one of the sectors that can provide sustainable job opportunities for them.
The workshop concluded with an open discussion session, allowing participants to ask their questions and make suggestions on how to improve the services provided to this group.
