نوَّه أمير منطقة نجران الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد بخريطة العِمَارَة السعودية، التي أطلقها ولي العهد -حفظه الله، مما يؤكّد حرص القيادة الحكيمة -أيدها الله- على التمسك بالهوية المعمارية السعودية، والتي تشكل مزيجاً من الإرث العريق والتصميم المعاصر، وتسهم في تحسين المشهد الحضري وتعزيز جودة الحياة؛ بما يحقق توازناً بين الماضي والحاضر، ويكون مصدر إلهام عالمي للابتكار في التصميم المعماري.
جاء ذلك خلال تدشينه في مكتبه، اليوم، مركز الاستوديو الحضري بأمانة منطقة نجران، بحضور نائب وزير البلديات والإسكان إيهاب بن غازي الحشاني، وأمين منطقة نجران المهندس صالح غرم الله الغامدي، وعدد من منسوبي الوزارة والأمانة.
وأوضح أمين منطقة نجران أن الاستوديو الحضري عبارة عن مركز فني متخصص تابع لأمانة منطقة نجران، يهدف إلى ضمان تطبيق عناصر العِمَارَة السعودية وفق أفضل المعايير من خلال توفير نخبة من الخبراء والمتخصصين في مجال العِمارة والتصميم، لتقديم الدعم في التعريف بالعِمارة السعودية، وكيفية تطبيقها على المباني والفراغات العامة.
وأشار إلى أن مركز الاستوديو التصميمي يقع داخل مبنى بلدية غرب نجران بحي أبا السعود، الذي يُعد الوسط التاريخي لمدينة نجران، ومن أهم الأحياء التاريخية والسياحية في المنطقة لوجود قصر الإمارة التاريخي فيه، وهو من أشهر المباني التراثية بمنطقة نجران.
وبيَّن أن الاستوديو سيُقدِّم العديد من الخدمات، أهمها التعريف ونشر الوعي بالعِمَارة السعودية وأنماطها المختلفة، إضافةً إلى مراجعة التصاميم المعمارية للمشاريع للتحقق من التزامها بالمبادئ والموجهات التصميمية للعِمَارَة السعودية قبل إصدار رخص البناء، وتقديم الدعم للمكاتب الهندسية والمصممين والمطورين العقاريين من خلال الاجتماعات وورش العمل والدورات التدريبية، لتعريفهم بالموجهات التصميمية للعمارة السعودية والأدلة التطبيقية الخاصة بها.
The Emir of Najran, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, praised the Saudi Architecture Map launched by the Crown Prince - may God protect him, which confirms the wise leadership's commitment - may God support it - to uphold the Saudi architectural identity, which represents a blend of rich heritage and contemporary design. This contributes to enhancing the urban landscape and improving the quality of life, achieving a balance between the past and the present, and serving as a global source of inspiration for innovation in architectural design.
This came during the inauguration of the Urban Studio Center at the Najran Municipality in his office today, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Ihab bin Ghazi Al-Hushani, the Secretary of Najran Region, Engineer Saleh Gharam Allah Al-Ghamdi, and a number of ministry and municipality staff.
The Secretary of Najran Region explained that the Urban Studio is a specialized artistic center affiliated with the Najran Municipality, aiming to ensure the application of Saudi architectural elements according to the best standards by providing a selection of experts and specialists in the field of architecture and design to support the promotion of Saudi architecture and how to apply it to buildings and public spaces.
He pointed out that the design studio center is located within the West Najran Municipality building in the Aba Saud neighborhood, which is considered the historical center of Najran city and one of the most important historical and tourist neighborhoods in the region due to the presence of the historic Emirate Palace, one of the most famous heritage buildings in the Najran area.
He indicated that the studio will provide many services, the most important of which is raising awareness and promoting knowledge of Saudi architecture and its various styles, in addition to reviewing architectural designs for projects to ensure their compliance with the principles and design guidelines of Saudi architecture before issuing building permits, and providing support to engineering offices, designers, and real estate developers through meetings, workshops, and training courses to familiarize them with the design guidelines of Saudi architecture and its practical guides.
