عُقد في مقر الأمانة العامة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي اليوم، اجتماع كبار الموظفين التحضيري للدورة الاستثنائية الـ21 لمجلس وزراء خارجية الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، لبحث العدوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل على الشعب الفلسطيني، بمقر الأمانة العامة للمنظمة بجدة.
وافتتح الاجتماع نائب وزير خارجية الجمهورية التركية الدكتور نوح يلماز، الذي رحب بمندوبي الدول الأعضاء المشاركين، مؤكدا في كلمته أن هذا الاجتماع الاستثنائي سيتناول المأساة الإنسانية غير المسبوقة، واستمرار إرهاب الدولة وعنف المستوطنين في الضفة الغربية، وتدهور الوضع في القدس.
وبيّن أن إسرائيل تُعيد اختراع الإبادة الجماعية في القرن الـ21، وأن الصور المروعة للمدنيين الأبرياء والأطفال والرضع الذين يموتون جراء إطلاق النار أو الجوع في غزة تهزنا جميعا، مشددا على أن الطريق إلى الأمام يجب أن يشمل وقف إطلاق نار فوريا ودائما، وإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية دون عوائق من خلال الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية والدولية الموثوقة، وتوسيع التحالف من أجل فلسطين لتطبيق حل الدولتين، واتخاذ خطوات منسقة لفرض المزيد من الإجراءات ضد إسرائيل.
من جانبه أشار الأمين العام لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي حسين إبراهيم طه، في الكلمة التي ألقاها نيابة عنه الأمين العام المساعد لشؤون فلسطين والقدس السفير سمير بكر، إلى أن هذا الاجتماع ينعقد إثر إعلان إسرائيل، قوة الاحتلال، نيتها فرض السيطرة العسكرية الكاملة على قطاع غزة، والتصريحات الاستفزازية لرئيس وزراء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بشأن ما يسمى «رؤية إسرائيل الكبرى»، التي تُعد امتدادا لخطاب وسياسات التحريض والتطرف والعدوان، وانتهاكا صارخا لسيادة الدول وللقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وتقويضا للجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق سلام عادل وشامل في المنطقة، استنادا إلى حل الدولتين.
وأكد أن مضي إسرائيل في تنفيذ الجرائم والمجازر الدموية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني يستدعي حراكا أكثر فاعلية وأعمق تأثيرا على الساحة الدولية، بهدف وقف هذا العدوان الإسرائيلي الغاشم تنفيذا للقرارات الصادرة عن القمة العربية الإسلامية المشتركة التي انعقدت في 11 نوفمبر 2024 في الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
وشدد في كلمته على ضرورة مواصلة الجهود الإقليمية والدولية بهدف التوصل إلى وقف إطلاق النار وصولا إلى إنهاء العدوان الإسرائيلي بشكل كامل، وضمان عودة النازحين، وانسحاب قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي من قطاع غزة، والمضي قدما في عقد مؤتمر إعادة الإعمار في القاهرة لتنفيذ الخطة العربية الإسلامية للإغاثة وإعادة إعمار قطاع غزة، مؤكدا أهمية متابعة تنفيذ مخرجات المؤتمر رفيع المستوى للتسوية السلمية الذي انعقد في نيويورك برئاسة المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية فرنسا بتاريخ 27 - 30 يوليو 2025.
ويبحث اجتماع كبار الموظفين التحضيري مشروع القرار حول العدوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل على الشعب الفلسطيني، لتقديمه إلى الاجتماع الاستثنائي لمجلس وزراء الخارجية الذي يُعقد غدا لاعتماده.
A preparatory meeting of senior officials for the 21st extraordinary session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation was held today at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to discuss the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, at the organization's General Secretariat in Jeddah.
The meeting was opened by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Turkey, Dr. Nuh Yılmaz, who welcomed the representatives of the participating member states, emphasizing in his speech that this extraordinary meeting would address the unprecedented humanitarian tragedy, the continued state terrorism and violence of settlers in the West Bank, and the deterioration of the situation in Jerusalem.
He pointed out that Israel is reinventing genocide in the 21st century, and that the horrific images of innocent civilians, children, and infants dying from gunfire or hunger in Gaza shake us all, stressing that the way forward must include an immediate and permanent ceasefire, the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid through the United Nations and trusted local and international NGOs, expanding the coalition for Palestine to implement the two-state solution, and taking coordinated steps to impose further measures against Israel.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, in a speech delivered on his behalf by the Assistant Secretary-General for Palestine and Al-Quds, Ambassador Samir Bakr, indicated that this meeting is taking place following Israel's announcement, as the occupying power, of its intention to impose complete military control over the Gaza Strip, and the provocative statements made by the Israeli Prime Minister regarding the so-called "Greater Israel Vision," which is an extension of the rhetoric and policies of incitement, extremism, and aggression, a blatant violation of state sovereignty, international law, and the United Nations Charter, and undermining efforts aimed at achieving a just and comprehensive peace in the region based on the two-state solution.
He affirmed that Israel's continuation of committing crimes and bloody massacres against the Palestinian people requires a more effective and impactful movement on the international stage, in order to stop this brutal Israeli aggression in implementation of the decisions issued by the joint Arab-Islamic summit held on November 11, 2024, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He emphasized in his speech the necessity of continuing regional and international efforts aimed at reaching a ceasefire leading to the complete end of the Israeli aggression, ensuring the return of displaced persons, the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from the Gaza Strip, and moving forward with holding a reconstruction conference in Cairo to implement the Arab-Islamic relief and reconstruction plan for the Gaza Strip, stressing the importance of following up on the implementation of the outcomes of the high-level conference for peaceful settlement held in New York under the presidency of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic from July 27 to 30, 2025.
The preparatory meeting of senior officials is discussing the draft resolution regarding the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, to present it to the extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers that will be held tomorrow for its adoption.
