استكملت الإدارة العامة للتعليم في محافظة الطائف الجاهزية وخطط الدعم لانطلاقة ناجحة للعام الدراسي الجديد ضمن خطة وحوكمة متكاملة، تضمنت مجموعة من الاجتماعات التنفيذية الدورية وفق خطط واستعدادات اللجان المختصّة، والمبادرات التشغيلية للإدارات المعنية، إضافة إلى مؤشرات القبول، وجاهزية الميدان التربوي، وعدة محاور تسهم في تحسين الأداء ومواكبة مستجدّات العمل الإداري والتعليمي.
واستقبل محافظ الطائف الأمير سعود بن نهار بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز المدير العام للتعليم بالمحافظة الدكتور سعيد الغامدي، واطلع على خطة استعدادات إدارة للتعليم لبدء العام الدراسي؛ منوهًا بما يحظى به التعليم من دعم واهتمام من القيادة متمنيًا للكادر التعليمي والإداري والطلاب والطالبات المزيد من التفوق والنجاح.
ورحب المدير العام للتعليم بمحافظة الطائف بعودة مديري المدارس والهيئات الإدارية والتعليمية والطلاب والطالبات إلى مواقعهم؛ منوهاً بأهمية تمكين المدرسة للقيام بجميع عملياتها بمتابعة من الهيئتين التعليمية والإدارية؛ متمنيًا لهم عامًا دراسيًا مليئًا بالإبداع والنجاح.
وأكد الغامدي أهمية استمرارية العمل التكاملي بين الإدارات واللجان، والعمل على تحقيق التميز في كافّة العمليات لدعم التحول المؤسسي وتجويد مخرجات التعليم؛ مشيدًا بالجهود المبذولة من قبل مديري ومديرات المدارس والإدارات والأقسام.
وبالتزامن مع بداية العام الدراسي الجديد لعام 1447هـ أطلقت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمحافظة الطائف حملتها الإعلامية للترحيب والاحتفاء بعودة مديري ومديرات المدارس والهيئتين الإدارية والإشرافية بالإدارة.
وتم تحديد لجان قبول الطلبة والمعادلات في المدارس، وأعدت الإدارة ركنا تثقيفيا بآلية القبول ومعادلات الشهادات في موسم الطائف 2025؛ لنشر ثقافة تسجيل الطلبة في المدارس، والتحويل بين الأنظمة التعليمية والتعليم المستمر.
وحرصت إدارة تعليم الطائف على نشر ثقافة التسجيل في النقل المدرسي من خلال ركن في الحدائق والتجمعات العامة؛ لتحقيق النسبة المستهدفة، إضافة إلى دعم أولياء الأمور وحثهم على تسجيل أبنائهم في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، واستكمال التطعيمات والتحصينات اللازمة للطلبة المستجدين.
وشهدت فترة إجازة الصيف إطلاق إدارة التعليم برنامج موهبة الإثرائي الأكاديمي، بمشاركة أكثر من 200 طالب وطالبة؛ بهدف إثراء المعرفة وتنمية مهارات وقدرات الطلبة، ورفع كفاءة الطلبة ومستوى استعدادهم لبناء خبرات علمية وعملية، كما ألتحق أكثر من 100 طالب وطالبة من الموهوبين في برنامج موهبة الإثرائي الصيفي في جامعة الطائف، إلى جانب تدريب 10 متدربين ومتدربات من طلبة الجامعات في الفصل الصيفي للعام الدراسي.
استعدادات مكثفة وضمن الاستعدادات المكثفة لاستكمال الجاهزية للعام الدراسي، ناقش مدير تعليم الطائف مع نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة تطوير بالقطاع الغربي خطة الاستعداد للعام الدراسي، والتأكد من صيانة المدارس وجاهزيتها، ورفع الجاهزية للمدارس، واستمرار التعاون المشترك لتحقيق بيئة تعليمية محفزة وآمنة.
كما وقف الدكتور الغامدي على سير البرنامج التدريبي «الممارسات الفعالة لمعلم المستقبل»، والذي أقامه المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي بالتعاون مع الجمعية السعودية للعلوم التربوية والنفسية (جستن) برنامج حياك في وزارة التعليم، ويستهدف المعلمين المرشحين للتدريس خلال العام الدراسي الجديد بعد توزيعهم على مدارسهم؛ بهدف تطوير مهاراتهم وتنمية قدراتهم.
The General Administration of Education in Taif Governorate has completed its readiness and support plans for a successful start to the new academic year as part of a comprehensive plan and governance, which included a series of periodic executive meetings according to the plans and preparations of the specialized committees, and the operational initiatives of the relevant administrations, in addition to acceptance indicators, the readiness of the educational field, and several axes that contribute to improving performance and keeping pace with developments in administrative and educational work.
The Governor of Taif, Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, received the Director General of Education in the governorate, Dr. Said Al-Ghamdi, and reviewed the education department's readiness plan for the start of the academic year; noting the support and attention education receives from the leadership, wishing the educational and administrative staff, as well as the students, further excellence and success.
The Director General of Education in Taif welcomed the return of school principals and the administrative and educational bodies and students to their positions; emphasizing the importance of empowering schools to carry out all their operations with the follow-up of both the educational and administrative bodies; wishing them a school year full of creativity and success.
Al-Ghamdi emphasized the importance of continuous integrated work between departments and committees, and working to achieve excellence in all operations to support institutional transformation and improve educational outputs; praising the efforts made by school principals and directors, as well as departments and sections.
Coinciding with the beginning of the new academic year for 1447 AH, the General Administration of Education in Taif launched its media campaign to welcome and celebrate the return of school principals and the administrative and supervisory bodies of the administration.
Student acceptance and equivalency committees in schools were established, and the administration prepared an educational corner on the acceptance mechanism and certificate equivalencies for the Taif 2025 season; to promote the culture of student registration in schools and transfers between educational systems and continuous education.
The Taif Education Administration was keen to promote the culture of registration for school transportation through a corner in parks and public gatherings; to achieve the targeted percentage, in addition to supporting parents and encouraging them to register their children in kindergarten, and to complete the necessary vaccinations and immunizations for new students.
During the summer vacation, the Education Administration launched the Talents Enrichment Program, with the participation of more than 200 male and female students; aimed at enriching knowledge and developing the skills and abilities of students, and raising their efficiency and preparedness to build scientific and practical experiences. Additionally, more than 100 gifted male and female students joined the summer enrichment program at Taif University, alongside training 10 trainees from university students during the summer semester of the academic year.
Intensive preparations and as part of the intensive preparations to complete readiness for the academic year, the Director of Education in Taif discussed with the Vice President of the Development Company in the Western Sector the readiness plan for the academic year, ensuring the maintenance and readiness of schools, and raising the readiness of schools, and continuing joint cooperation to achieve a stimulating and safe educational environment.
Dr. Al-Ghamdi also monitored the progress of the training program "Effective Practices for the Teacher of the Future," which was organized by the National Institute for Professional Educational Development in collaboration with the Saudi Association for Educational and Psychological Sciences (JASTEN) under the "Hayyak" program at the Ministry of Education, targeting teachers nominated for teaching during the new academic year after their distribution to their schools; aimed at developing their skills and enhancing their capabilities.
