رصدت 80 محطة رصد هيدرولوجي ومناخي هطول أمطار متفرقة في 6 مناطق من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً يوم الثلاثاء 19 أغسطس حتى الساعة التاسعة صباحاً يوم الأربعاء 20 أغسطس 2025م، إذ سجّلت منطقة جازان أعلى معدلٍ لكميات هطول الأمطار بلغت 53.8 ملم في محافظة الدرب، تليها منطقة عسير بكميات بلغت 40.6 ملم في محافظة سراة عبيدة.
ووفقاً للتقرير اليومي لوزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة الذي يرصد كميات هطول الأمطار في مناطق المملكة كافة، شهدت مناطق مكة المكرمة، المدينة المنورة، عسير، جازان، نجران والباحة هطول كميات متفاوتة من الأمطار حتى صباح اليوم، إذ سجلت منطقة مكة المكرمة في سبت الجارة بمحافظة القنفذة 23 ملم، وفي أحد بني زيد-القنفذة 11.6 ملم، فيما سجّلت منطقة المدينة المنورة 2.4 ملم في الجرنافة بمحافظة وادي الفرع.
وأوضح التقرير تسجيل منطقة جازان هطول أعلى كميات بلغت 53.8 ملم في محافظة الدرب، و35.7 ملم في محافظة أبو عريش، و24.4 في القرعة-العارضة، بينما سجلت منطقة عسير 40.6 ملم في وادي الحياة بمحافظة سراة عبيدة، و25.2 في محافظة ظهران الجنوب، وسجلت منطقة نجران 11.2 ملم في مطار شرورة، وفي النمصة بمحافظة بدر الجنوب 10.3 ملم، وفي منطقة الباحة سجلت بطاط-فرعة غامد الزناد 3.7 ملم، وناوان بمحافظة المخواة 3.6 ملم.
80 hydrological and climatic monitoring stations recorded scattered rainfall in 6 regions from 9 AM on Tuesday, August 19, until 9 AM on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. The Jazan region recorded the highest rainfall amount of 53.8 mm in the Al-Darb governorate, followed by the Asir region with 40.6 mm in the Sarat Abidah governorate.
According to the daily report from the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, which monitors rainfall amounts in all regions of the Kingdom, the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Asir, Jazan, Najran, and Al-Baha experienced varying amounts of rainfall until this morning. The Makkah region recorded 23 mm in Sabt Al-Jarah in the Al-Qunfudhah governorate, and 11.6 mm in Ahd Bani Zayd - Al-Qunfudhah, while the Madinah region recorded 2.4 mm in Al-Jurnafah in the Wadi Al-Fara governorate.
The report clarified that the Jazan region recorded the highest amounts of rainfall, reaching 53.8 mm in the Al-Darb governorate, 35.7 mm in the Abu Arish governorate, and 24.4 mm in Al-Qur'ah - Al-Aridah, while the Asir region recorded 40.6 mm in Wadi Al-Hayat in the Sarat Abidah governorate, and 25.2 mm in the Dhahran Al-Janub governorate. The Najran region recorded 11.2 mm at Sharurah Airport, and 10.3 mm in Al-Namsah in the Badr Al-Janub governorate. In the Al-Baha region, 3.7 mm was recorded in Batat - Far'ah Ghamid Al-Zanad, and 3.6 mm in Nawaan in the Al-Mukhwah governorate.
