أعلن ديوان المظالم ممثّلاً في الأمانة العامة لمجلس القضاء الإداري أن المجلس أقرّ الموافقة على لائحة التفتيش القضائي في القضاء الإداري؛ بهدف تنظيم عملية مراقبة أداء الكادر القضائي بديوان المظالم وما يقومون عليه من دعاوى وأعمال تقاضٍ، والمساهمة في تعزيز كفاءة العمل القضائي وجودة أداء القضاة وأعمال الدوائر القضائية.
ويسعى مجلس القضاء الإداري من خلال هذا النظام إلى تنظيم دقيق لسبل وآليات التفتيش القضائي وتقييم أداء طواقم الدوائر القضائية ومتابعة إنجاز الدعاوى، إذ تنصّ اللائحة على تنظيم أعمال الإدارة العامة للتفتيش القضائي وصلاحياتها، إضافة إلى عدد من البنود، من بينها تشكيل لجنة خاصة لفحص تقارير التفتيش القضائي.
وتهدف اللائحة إلى معرفة تفاصِيل أكثر لتقييم القضاة، وإدراج آلية جديدة لمتابعة أداء الدوائر القضائية، إضافةً إلى ذلك شدّدت اللائحة الجديدة على سرية أعمال التفتيش والتحقيق مع قضاة القضاء الإداري، في سبيل تعزيز النموذج الرقابي المتكامل وتوحيد الإجراءات، ودعم التميز القضائي والتطوير المستمر، وتحسين جودة الأحكام القضائية، وضبط الأداء المؤسسي وفق مؤشرات ومعايير محددة.

The Board of Grievances, represented by the General Secretariat of the Administrative Judiciary Council, announced that the council has approved the judicial inspection regulation in the administrative judiciary. This aims to organize the process of monitoring the performance of the judicial staff at the Board of Grievances and the cases and litigation they handle, as well as to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of judicial work and the quality of judges' performance and the work of judicial departments.
The Administrative Judiciary Council seeks, through this system, to establish a precise organization for the means and mechanisms of judicial inspection and to evaluate the performance of judicial department teams and follow up on the resolution of cases. The regulation stipulates the organization of the work of the General Administration for Judicial Inspection and its powers, in addition to several provisions, including the formation of a special committee to examine judicial inspection reports.
The regulation aims to provide more details for evaluating judges and to introduce a new mechanism for monitoring the performance of judicial departments. Additionally, the new regulation emphasizes the confidentiality of inspection activities and investigations with administrative judiciary judges, in order to enhance the integrated oversight model, unify procedures, support judicial excellence and continuous development, improve the quality of judicial rulings, and regulate institutional performance according to specific indicators and standards.
