تنفذ الفرق الرقابية لوزارة التجارة جولات رقابية على منافذ بيع المستلزمات المدرسية من مكتبات ومحلات قرطاسية في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الأسبوع الجاري، بالتزامن مع بداية العام الدراسي الجديد.
وتهدف الزيارات إلى التحقق من توافر المنتجات والسلع المدرسية وبدائلها، ووجود بطاقات السعر أو العرض الإلكتروني لأسعار المنتجات، وعدم اختلاف سعر الرف عن الأسعار المدونة على أجهزة المحاسبة، وأن تكون البيانات على المنتجات مكتوبة باللغة العربية بشكل واضح، والتأكد من نظامية التخفيضات والعروض الترويجية والمسابقات، والتحقق من امتثال منافذ بيع المستلزمات المدرسية لأنظمة الوزارة، وتطبيق العقوبات النظامية على المخالفين.
The monitoring teams of the Ministry of Commerce are conducting inspection tours of retail outlets selling school supplies, such as bookstores and stationery shops, in various regions of the Kingdom during this week, coinciding with the start of the new school year.
The purpose of the visits is to verify the availability of school products and their alternatives, the presence of price tags or electronic displays for product prices, ensuring that the shelf price matches the prices recorded on the accounting devices, that the information on the products is clearly written in Arabic, and to ensure the legality of discounts, promotional offers, and competitions. Additionally, they will check the compliance of school supply outlets with the ministry's regulations and apply legal penalties to violators.
