كشفت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، أن معدل التضخم السنوي في المملكة سجل استقرارًا نسبيًا بلغ 2.1% خلال شهر يوليو 2025، مقارنة بنظيره من العام الماضي، كما استقر مؤشر أسعار المستهلك في شهر يوليو 2025، مقارنةً بشهر يونيو 2025، وذلك على أساس شهري، حيث لم تسجل أسعار معظم الأقسام أي تغيير نسبي يُذكر.
وفي ذات السياق، استقر مؤشر أسعار الجملة عند 2.1% خلال شهر يوليو 2025، مقارنةً بنظيره من العام الماضي، في حين انخفض مؤشر أسعار الجملة بنسبة 0.1% في شهر يوليو 2025، مقارنةً بشهر يونيو 2025.
يذكر أن مؤشر أسعار المستهلك (CPI) يعكس التغيرات في الأسعار التي يدفعها المستهلكون مقابل سلة ثابتة من السلع والخدمات تتكون من 490 بندًا، في حين أن مؤشر أسعار الجملة (WPI) يعكس التغيرات في أسعار السلع في مرحلة ما قبل البيع بالتجزئة لسلة ثابتة من السلع تتكون من 343 بندًا.
The General Authority for Statistics revealed that the annual inflation rate in the Kingdom recorded a relative stability of 2.1% during July 2025, compared to the same month last year. The Consumer Price Index also stabilized in July 2025, compared to June 2025, on a monthly basis, as most categories did not record any significant relative change.
In the same context, the Wholesale Price Index remained at 2.1% during July 2025, compared to the same month last year, while the Wholesale Price Index decreased by 0.1% in July 2025, compared to June 2025.
It is worth noting that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) reflects the changes in prices paid by consumers for a fixed basket of goods and services consisting of 490 items, while the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) reflects the changes in prices of goods at the pre-retail stage for a fixed basket of goods consisting of 343 items.
