دشّن أمير منطقة تبوك الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، بقاعة الاستقبالات الرئيسية بالإمارة اليوم، بحضور وزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة المهندس عبدالرحمن بن عبدالمحسن الفضلي، (23) مشروعًا تنمويًا لمنظومة البيئة والمياه والزراعة في المنطقة، بكُلفة مالية تجاوزت (3.8) مليار ريال، كما وضع سموه حجر الأساس لـ (25) مشروعًا، بكُلفة تتجاوز (580) مليون ريال، خدمةً لسكان المنطقة، ودعمًا لتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية والمائية، وفق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ورفع أمير منطقة تبوك، الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز على الاهتمام بكل ما من شأنه توفير الخدمات البيئية والمائية والزراعية للمواطن، موجهًا شكره لمعالي وزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة والعاملين في الوزارة، والقطاعات التابعة لها، على جهودهم المتواصلة في تقديم الخدمات للمستفيدين، وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي للمملكة، مؤكدًا سموه أنّ هذه المشاريع التنموية تأتي مواصلةً للدعم الكبير الذي يحظى به المواطن والمقيم بشكلٍ عام، ومنطقة تبوك بشكل خاص، من لدن القيادة الحكيمة -أيدها الله-، لتحسين جودة الحياة، وإقامة المشاريع التي تحقق أثرًا مباشرًا على حياة الإنسان، مشيدًا سموه بما وصلت اليه بلادنا في هذا العهد الزاهر من نهضة تنموية شاملة في كافة المجالات.
من جهته، أكد وزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة أن المشاريع المدشنة تأتي دعمًا لتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية والمائية والزراعية، وفق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ورفع جودة الحياة في منطقة تبوك، مثمناً معاليه لسمو أمير منطقة تبوك، دعمه الكبير والمتواصل لمنظومة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، الذي كان له الدور الفاعل في تسريع وتيرة تنفيذ المشاريع التنموية بالمنطقة، مبينًا أن الهيئة السعودية للمياه أكملت تنفيذ مشروعين للمياه بكُلفة تجاوزت (2.3) مليارات ريال، تضمنت مشروع إنشاء محطات التحلية الصغيرة بالساحل الغربي بسعة تصميمة تبلغ (93.5) ألف م3 يوميًا، لزيادة إمدادات المياه المحلاة في حقول ضبا والوجه وأملج، إضافة إلى الانتهاء من مشروع إنشاء أنظمة نقل مياه المحطات الصغيرة بسعة تصميمة تبلغ (72) ألف م3 يوميًا، لزيادة إمدادات المياه المحلاة في حقلي ضبا وأملج.
إلى ذلك، تضمنت المشاريع المُدشّنة (16) مشروعًا نفذتها شركة المياه الوطنية، لتعزيز منظومة توزيع مياه الشرب، وإيصال خدمات المياه والصرف الصحي في منطقة تبوك، بكلفة تجاوزت (860.6) مليون ريال، منها (6) مشاريع مياه بكُلفة تجاوزت (309) ملايين ريال، شملت مد أكثر من (290) ألف متر طولي من خطوط وشبكات المياه، ومحطة تنقية بسعة (150) ألف متر مكعب يوميًا، إضافة إلى إنشاء (4) خزانات تشغيلية بسعة خزن تبلغ (6.5) ألف متر مكعب، وذلك ضمن تنفيذ مشاريع محطة تنقية المياه لمشروع مياه تبوك الشامل، وتنفيذ شبكات مياه الشرب بمدينة تبوك (المرحلة التاسعة)، ومشروع تنفيذ شبكات مياه الشرب بمحافظه ضباء، ومشروع شبكات وخزانات مياه الشرب لقرى محافظة ضباء (المرحلة الأولى)، إضافة إلى تنفيذ شبكات مياه الشرب في أحياء أبو شجرة والجبون والعليا والنسيم بمحافظة أملج، وتنفيذ الأعمال المتبقية من مشروع شبكات مياه الشرب (المرحلة الخامسة) بمحافظة تيماء.
كما نفّذت شركة المياه الوطنية، مشاريع لتعزيز الاستدامة البيئية، وإزالة الضرر البيئي عن المواطنين في منطقة تبوك، تضمنت (10) مشاريع للصرف الصحي بكُلفة تجاوزت (551.6) مليون ريال، شملت مد أكثر من (433) ألف متر طولي من الشبكات والخطوط الرئيسية للصرف الصحي، إضافة إلى إنشاء محطات معالجة بسعة إجمالية تقارب (25) ألف متر مكعب يوميًا، إلى جانب تنفيذ مشروع خطوط وشبكات الصرف الصحي بمدينة تبوك (المرحلة الرابعة عشرة)، وتنفيذ خطوط رئيسية وشبكات الصرف الصحي بمدينة تبوك (المرحلة الثانية عشرة)، ومد شبكات الصرف الصحي في أحياء درة تبوك والعلياء 2، وإنشاء شبكات الصرف الصحي في أحياء المروج والضاحية بمحافظة ضباء، وتنفيذ شبكات الصرف الصحي بتيماء (المرحلة الخامسة)، وتوسعة محطة المعالجة بالوجه (المرحلة الثالثة)، وتنفيذ مشروع الصرف الصحي بمحافظة أملج (المرحلة الأولى)، ومد خط الطرد من محطة الضخ الرئيسية إلى محطة المعالجة بمحافظة أملج، ومشروع الإمداد بالطاقة الاحتياطية لمحطات المعالجة بمحافظات تبوك، ومشروع إيصال خدمات الصرف الصحي بإسكان جامعة تبوك.
ونفّذت الشركة السعودية لشراكات المياه، مشروعًا لتشييد محطة تبوك (2) لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، بسعة تصميمية تبلغ (90) ألف متر مكعب في اليوم، وتصل عند الذروة إلى (135) ألف م3، بكُلفة إجمالية تجاوزت (550) مليون ريال، وذلك لرفع الأثر البيئي، والاستفادة من المياه المعالجة في الصناعة والري.
وأكملت المؤسسة العامة للري، تنفيذ مشروعين لاستعاضة مياه الآبار، ودرء أخطار السيول، بكُلفة تجاوزت (92) مليون ريال، تضمنت إنشاء سدود المجموعة الرابعة بمنطقة تبوك (سد البقار)، بسعة تخزينية تجاوزت (3.7) مليون متر مكعب، ومشروع إنشاء واستكمال إصلاحات سد وادي ضم بمنطقة تبوك بسعة تخزينية تجاوزت (2.5) مليون متر مكعب.
كما تم تنفيذ مشروعين لزراعة وإنتاج أشجار المانجروف شمال البحر الأحمر، وحماية مواقع المحميات الرعوية الجديدة بالمنطقة، من قِبل المركز الوطني لتنمية الغطاء النباتي ومكافحة التصحر، بكُلفة تجاوزت (18) مليون ريال.
في السياق ذاته، تضمنت مشاريع وضع حجر الأساس، (16) مشروعًا تنفّذها شركة المياه الوطنية بكُلفة تتجاوز (468.5) مليون ريال، ومشروعًا للمؤسسة العامة للري، بكُلفة تُناهز (49) مليون ريال، كما تنفذ وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة مشروعين بكلفة إجمالية تتجاوز (7.7) مليون ريال، فيما ينفذ برنامج التنمية الريفية الزراعية المستدامة (5) مشاريع في المنطقة بكُلفة تتجاوز (45) مليون ريال، كما ينفذ المركز الوطني لتنمية الغطاء النباتي ومكافحة التصحّر مشروعًا بنحو (10.6) مليون ريال.
The Prince of Tabuk Region, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated today at the main reception hall of the emirate, in the presence of the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadli, (23) developmental projects for the environment, water, and agriculture system in the region, with a financial cost exceeding (3.8) billion riyals. His Highness also laid the foundation stone for (25) projects, with a cost exceeding (580) million riyals, serving the residents of the region and supporting the achievement of environmental and water sustainability, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Prince of Tabuk Region expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for their attention to everything that contributes to providing environmental, water, and agricultural services to citizens. He directed his thanks to the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, and the workers in the ministry and its affiliated sectors, for their continuous efforts in providing services to beneficiaries and achieving food security for the Kingdom. His Highness affirmed that these developmental projects continue the significant support enjoyed by citizens and residents in general, and the Tabuk region in particular, from the wise leadership - may God support it - to improve the quality of life and establish projects that have a direct impact on human life, praising what our country has achieved in this prosperous era of comprehensive developmental renaissance in all fields.
For his part, the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture confirmed that the inaugurated projects support achieving environmental, water, and agricultural sustainability, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and raise the quality of life in the Tabuk region. He appreciated the significant and continuous support of His Highness the Prince of Tabuk Region for the environment, water, and agriculture system, which played an effective role in accelerating the pace of implementing developmental projects in the region. He indicated that the Saudi Water Authority completed the implementation of two water projects with a cost exceeding (2.3) billion riyals, which included the establishment of small desalination plants on the western coast with a designed capacity of (93.5) thousand cubic meters per day, to increase the supply of desalinated water in the fields of Duba, Al-Wajh, and Umluj, in addition to completing the project to establish water transfer systems for small plants with a designed capacity of (72) thousand cubic meters per day, to increase the supply of desalinated water in the fields of Duba and Umluj.
Additionally, the inaugurated projects included (16) projects implemented by the National Water Company to enhance the drinking water distribution system and provide water and sewage services in the Tabuk region, with a cost exceeding (860.6) million riyals. This included (6) water projects with a cost exceeding (309) million riyals, which involved extending more than (290) thousand linear meters of water lines and networks, and a treatment plant with a capacity of (150) thousand cubic meters per day, in addition to establishing (4) operational tanks with a storage capacity of (6.5) thousand cubic meters, as part of the implementation of the water treatment plant projects for the comprehensive Tabuk water project, and the implementation of drinking water networks in the city of Tabuk (Phase Nine), and the project to implement drinking water networks in the Duba governorate, and the project for drinking water networks and tanks for the villages of Duba governorate (Phase One), in addition to implementing drinking water networks in the neighborhoods of Abu Shajarah, Al-Jaboon, Al-Ulya, and Al-Naseem in Umluj governorate, and completing the remaining works of the drinking water networks project (Phase Five) in Tayma governorate.
The National Water Company also implemented projects to enhance environmental sustainability and mitigate environmental harm to citizens in the Tabuk region, which included (10) sewage projects with a cost exceeding (551.6) million riyals. This included extending more than (433) thousand linear meters of sewage networks and main lines, in addition to establishing treatment plants with a total capacity of approximately (25) thousand cubic meters per day, alongside implementing the sewage lines and networks project in the city of Tabuk (Phase Fourteen), and implementing main lines and sewage networks in the city of Tabuk (Phase Twelve), extending sewage networks in the neighborhoods of Durat Tabuk and Al-Ulya 2, and establishing sewage networks in the neighborhoods of Al-Murooj and Al-Dhahiyah in Duba governorate, and implementing sewage networks in Tayma (Phase Five), expanding the treatment plant in Al-Wajh (Phase Three), and implementing the sewage project in Umluj governorate (Phase One), and extending the discharge line from the main pumping station to the treatment plant in Umluj governorate, and the project to supply backup power to treatment plants in Tabuk governorates, and the project to provide sewage services to the housing of the University of Tabuk.
The Saudi Water Partnerships Company implemented a project to construct the Tabuk (2) wastewater treatment plant, with a designed capacity of (90) thousand cubic meters per day, reaching (135) thousand cubic meters at peak times, with a total cost exceeding (550) million riyals, to enhance the environmental impact and utilize treated water in industry and irrigation.
The General Authority for Irrigation completed the implementation of two projects to replace well water and mitigate flood risks, with a cost exceeding (92) million riyals, which included the construction of the fourth group dams in the Tabuk region (Al-Baqar Dam), with a storage capacity exceeding (3.7) million cubic meters, and the project to establish and complete repairs of the Wadi Dham Dam in the Tabuk region with a storage capacity exceeding (2.5) million cubic meters.
Two projects were also implemented for the planting and production of mangrove trees in the northern Red Sea, and the protection of new grazing reserve sites in the region, by the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification, with a cost exceeding (18) million riyals.
In this context, the foundation stone projects included (16) projects implemented by the National Water Company with a cost exceeding (468.5) million riyals, and a project by the General Authority for Irrigation with a cost approaching (49) million riyals. The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture is implementing two projects with a total cost exceeding (7.7) million riyals, while the Sustainable Agricultural Rural Development Program is implementing (5) projects in the region with a cost exceeding (45) million riyals, and the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification is implementing a project worth approximately (10.6) million riyals.
