أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بثلاثة جناة في منطقة القصيم في ما يلي نصه:
قال الله تعالى (وَلَا تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاحِهَا)، وقال تعالى (وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ)، وقال تعالى (وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَاد)، وقال تعالى (إِنَّمَا جَزَاء الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُواْ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُواْ أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلافٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْاْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ).
أقدم كل من: مصعب بن محمد بن علي الربعي، وعبدالله بن إبراهيم بن عبدالعزيز المحيميد، وريان بن عبدالسلام بن علي الربعي ـ سعوديي الجنسية ـ على ارتكاب عدد من الجرائم الإرهابية تمثلت في انضمامهم إلى أحد التنظيمات الإرهابية، والتخطيط لصناعة المتفجرات والأحزمة الناسفة، وحيازة الأسلحة والذخيرة وتمويل الأعمال الإرهابية، حيث أسفرت أعمالهم الإرهابية عن قتل رجل أمن ومقيم، إضافة إلى تخطيطهم لتنفيذ عمليات إرهابية أخرى بهدف الإخلال بأمن المجتمع واستقراره.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على المذكورين، وأسفر التحقيق معهم عن توجيه الاتهام إليهم بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقهم حُكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليهم وقتلهم تعزيراً، وأصبح الحكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً، وقد تم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بحق كل من: مصعب بن محمد بن علي الربعي، وعبدالله بن إبراهيم بن عبدالعزيز المحيميد، وريان بن عبدالسلام بن علي الربعي ـ سعوديي الجنسية ـ يوم الخميس 29/ 01/ 1447هـ الموافق 24/ 07/ 2025م بمنطقة القصيم.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين أو يسفك دماءهم، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty by way of retribution against three perpetrators in the Al-Qassim region, the text of which is as follows:
Allah, the Almighty, said (And do not cause corruption upon the earth after its reformation), and He said (And do not seek corruption in the land; indeed, Allah does not like the corrupters), and He said (And Allah does not like corruption), and He said (The only reward of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment).
Each of the following: Musab bin Muhammad bin Ali Al-Rubai, Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Muhaimid, and Rayan bin Abdul Salam bin Ali Al-Rubai — all Saudi nationals — committed a number of terrorist crimes, which included joining a terrorist organization, planning to manufacture explosives and suicide belts, possessing weapons and ammunition, and financing terrorist activities. Their terrorist actions resulted in the killing of a security officer and a resident, in addition to their planning to carry out other terrorist operations aimed at undermining the security and stability of society.
Thanks to Allah, the security authorities were able to apprehend the aforementioned individuals, and the investigation with them led to charges being brought against them for committing those crimes. Upon their referral to the competent court, a ruling was issued confirming the charges against them and sentencing them to death by retribution. The ruling became final after being appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided. The death penalty by retribution was carried out against each of: Musab bin Muhammad bin Ali Al-Rubai, Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Muhaimid, and Rayan bin Abdul Salam bin Ali Al-Rubai — all Saudi nationals — on Thursday, 29/01/1447 AH, corresponding to 24/07/2025 AD, in the Al-Qassim region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement the rulings of Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe or sheds their blood, violating their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
